Beautiful setting but unfortunately ran into two huge issues while staying here; there was a loud banging from some type of machine sitting on top of the primary bedroom that started multiple times during the day and evening, even preventing us from sleeping for 20 minute increments each of the nights. We alerted management and they didn’t come out for over 24 hours which is concerning. I’d add a video of the noise if I could but I can’t upload videos. Additionally, power went out at midnight on our third night and the backup generator “did not have gas” which took multiple hours to solve so we could not eat, shower, drink water. Overall, beautiful but wouldn’t stay again. We’d stay elsewhere.

Great location, great views. The house was exactly as described. Pictures of the water don’t do it justice. Infinity edge pool was perfect. Our group had plenty of room inside and out. Judy and management team were accommodating and responsive to anything we needed. Excellent house to stay when visiting Exuma.

From Judy Gray the property manager to the heated pool, we can’t say enough good things about our stay in Little Exuma. The house was perfect for our group, the help from Judy and her staff (especially Larissa) was top notch, and the pool and sand beach right outside our door were.absolutely incredible. Great house for a large group!

I had a group of 11 adults that stayed here for my 40th birthday celebration! The home was clean, came fully equipped with the essentials and the views were incredible. Every morning, we would wake up excited to look outside and capture the beauty of the Exuma ocean right beyond the sliding doors! I would go back! The host is amazing too! I would recommend!

Thanksgiving 2024 Family Trip

Three families with 7 adults and 7 kids (ages 4-20) traveling for Thanksgiving week. The house is breathtaking, situated in a rural area flanked by gorgeous homes but with total privacy. A massive living room and kitchen was the perfect spot to convene for meals, football on Thanksgiving, and we even grilled a turkey. Bedrooms are huge, with two masters in the main house and another in the pool house, and four more very spacious rooms. The infinity pool was immaculate and gorgeous. Lots of spare snorkel gear, games, 4 kayaks, and every pot and pan we needed. We spent mornings drinking coffee by the pool, paddled to the islands, and visited all the best beaches. Our favorite spot was Brea’s Beach Bar just a few minutes south. Unbelievable spot, lots of fun, and water like postcards. A couple things we wished we knew in advance: a party of 14 is a massive group for restaurants, and you cannot just walk in. We cooked almost every night, and if we had it to do over again, we would have splurged for the private chef a few times. Also, cash is king on the island. Many businesses don’t take cards, and many will say they don’t until they realize that’s all you have, and then the machines suddenly work - a common scenario in the Caribbean, but bring cash. It’s much easier that way. Awesome spot. Awesome trip. Highly recommend.

The Best Place We Have Ever Stayed!!!!

Beach was magical with a perfect little cove for the kids. Kayaks were a huge hit, the pool was massive and perfect with staggering views of the ocean. We were blown away by the view when we walked in the door. I don't think we have seen a more amazing view and we are looking to come back and book again this fall. If you are on the fence as to which property on Little Exuma to rent...this is the clear choice for sure! Thanks for sharing this piece of heaven with us!

House is great. View was amazing. Two things to think about. 1) food was a pain. The store doesn’t have a lot to pick from very expensive. Liquor and beer were very easy to come by. 2) the drive back to Georgetown was long and narrow roads. Plan your food and alcohol stop before you go to the house.

Spectacular Spring Break

The beauty of this property and the crystal clear aqua blue water with white sand is beyond words. Wow, it really does look like the pictures! The entire family joined my nieces for their college spring break and a birthday celebration. We loved it!! The infinity pool was a great relaxing way to spend the afternoon after boating around the islands. 5 stars!!

Great spot!

Beautiful spot with plenty of space for multiple adult couples. Views from the infinity pool were hard to beat, and there's easy access to multiple local beaches. Well appointed kitchen and a nice grill were great for cooking meals at the house when we wanted to stay in. We'd definitely go back.

Grandmom's 90th birthday family reunion

We had a fantastic time all the way: pool, kyacking, snorkeling, fishing. 8 young people were all in their 20's and had so much fun in the pool at night practicing for a "show" they were giving me. They hiked and went to various beaches. We went to the island of pigs, petted the sharks and fed the iguanas. It was a super trip with wonderful guides/boat captains. Judy helped us with everything and we had a catered dinner New Year's Eve. It was a fabulous vacation for all of us.

BREATHTAKING

This property fulfilled all of our expectations and more! The moment you walk into the home, your breath is taken away by the view of the ocean and infinity pool. The home was well equipped and we didn't find ourselves ever "missing" anything. Some days we spent kayaking in the Sand Flats in Moriah Harbour National Park (which I must say is the BEST of many features of this property - and it's only a 5 or 10 minute kayak away!!). Other days we spent going to nearby hotspots like Forbes Hill Beach, Tropic Breeze, Santanna's etc. We loved being in Little Exuma compared to other side of the island - vast beaches with minimal amounts of people. Was a secluded paradise! If you're looking for more remote areas, we would highly suggest doing a boating tour to a few of the sandbars in the area as well (which Judy helped us coordinate). Thank you Dean, Judy, and Team for making this such a memorable experience!

Just an amazing house in paradise

This house exceeded our expectations. The kitchen/living area, patio/pool, and views are incredible. We were a family of 6 that spend much of our 2 weeks at the house. We even got married on the beach in front of the property and held our reception on the patio. There were 6 kayaks that were used to visit the islands out front. Most awesome was kayaking around the bend to the lazy river, part of the Moriah Harbor Cay National Park. The owner, Dean, was extremely helpful and responds immediately to our texts. Highly recommended.

The BEST!

Our group of 12 girlfriends absolutely LOVED Beachwood!! What an amazing spot! The house was clean and stocked with everything you need. You cannot beat the beachfront privacy of Beachwood. Judy, the property manager, handled everything - taxis, private chef, boat tour, etc. She made the trip so easy and relaxing. We hope to be back to Beachwood soon.

I cannot say enough about this home to do it justice. It is simply amazing! From the views to the layout it is hands down the best VRBO property I have ever seen. The owner is very polite and cooperative and wants to ensure your stay is comfortable. The local staff is so friendly and helpful. We did not want for anything on the entire trip. They accommodated every request in a prompt and professional manner. This was a trip for my birthday with 6 couples and we had more than enough room for everyone from sleeping to entertaining. Fantastic week in Exuma!

The week was amazing and we had a wonderful time. We loved floating in the water down by the beach, the water and view is amazing!! I think this was our favorite part of our stay. Before we arrived we asked Judy to pick up some groceries so we had some food and drinks in the house when we got there. We also celebrated two birthdays and Judy arranged a cake for us, which was fabulous. The house was a great fit for us regarding the space, although there was 16 of us, it didn’t feel like it at all. The sitting room was perfect for us to gather in the evening and the kitchen table was used nightly for card games. The beds were comfortable for sleeping, we had everything we could need for cooking and there was extra sunscreen and beach towels at the house. We loved having a washer and dryer in the home. We washed beach towels and bath towels during the week. We enjoyed the kayaks and used the pool daily. Thank you Dean for sharing your beautiful home! We love Exuma and are already looking at our calendars to schedule a trip back.
