The Space
Ideal for families, couples, groups, and your four-legged friends. Surrounded by greenery, this spacious villa built in traditional green tuff transforms every stay into a symphony of colors, scents, and relaxation.

Sleeping Area: Two double bedrooms (the master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub; the second bedroom has an adjacent bathroom with a walk-in shower). Additionally, there is a comfortable sofa bed (18cm mattress) in the living room.

Living Area: Fully equipped kitchen and an extendable dining table (up to 6 guests).

Comfort: Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and heating.

The Terrace: A 50sqm private terrace, shaded by a pergola that keeps the area cool. Equipped with a handcrafted ceramic table for 12 and deckchairs, it is the perfect spot for dining while admiring unforgettable sunsets over the sea.

Parking: Two free parking spaces (one inside the garden, one just 100 meters away).

Guest Access
The property is located in a quiet area, just a 7-10 minute walk from the center of Forio and the beaches, accessible via the charming Saracen alleys.
In the immediate vicinity (3 minutes on foot), you will find all essential services: supermarkets, fishmonger, butcher, pharmacy, and excellent pizzerias.

Note on accessibility:
Access to the villa from the main road is via a 100-meter private lane. Please note that a 20-meter stretch is slightly narrow: it is accessible by all types of cars, but if you prefer to avoid maneuvering in tight spaces, we offer a second free private parking space located just 100 meters from the villa. A reserved parking spot inside the property is always available.

Other things to note
To make your stay even more comfortable, we provide the following upon request at the time of booking:

For families: Two travel cots (complete with mattress and linens) and a high chair for meals, at a cost of €8 per night for each item.

Extra Guest: An additional single bed is available to suit your needs. The price is to be agreed upon in advance at the time of booking.

Villa With Sea View offers its guests a hot tub, barbecue grills, and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
