It was a great place to stay. We enjoyed being out in the trees, right by a creek and super quiet. We loved the hot tub and making sâmores. We would definitely stay again.
This tiny home is very cute and had everything we needed. It was very clean and cozy and the beds were comfortable. Great location if youâre visiting the park. Thanks for a great stay!
This was such a lovely, cute property in a super private setting. We loved walking along the creek in the morning, listening to the sound of the rushing water, coffee in hand. The hot tub was a great addition to relax in after a long day. It's definitely on the cozy/small side, but perfect for two people.
Such a great place to stay with our kids. The property was amazing with the creek in the backyard! And the little loft was just what we needed for our kids to have their own place to sleep. We also walked over to the discovery trail which was a beautiful hiking trail only a short walk from the house, with almost no other people on the trail. Peaceful and serene.
This stay was amazing. A little more in town than advertised however it was in a quiet little corner and all we could hear was the river. The Host was awesome, just enough contact to make our stay smooth sailing. I will be going again. đ
We absolutely loved our short stay here. One evening during dinner in the porch, several elk came out of the woods into the yard next to ours. Great path to the creek to explore right out the door.
Great cabin/tiny home in Forks, perfect home base for exploring Olympic National Park. Everything was just as it was listed. Note: if using GPS, it may try to route you into a private driveway just before the actual entrance to the property. There is a sign the reads "Elk Creek Inn" at the correct entrance.
Our stay at the Cabin at Elk Creek was perfect. We needed an escape and boy this is the place. Nice inside, perfect outdoors with a fire pit and hot tub...
Plus the actual Creek was gorgeous. Every morning I stopped at the end of the drive to watch the morning fog burn off in the valley.
Such a wonderful experience!
We had a great time staying at this property. My twin boys loved the upstairs loft and beds. It was super handy to have the washer/dryer after coming home wet and muddy from visiting Hoh Rainforest. The hot tub was even fun in the rain! The kitchen was well appointed and we had everything we needed. Thank you!
This tiny home is so cute. It was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We got in when it was already dark so we had a little trouble finding it. I would love to go back and spend a little more time there as we only stayed one night. If youâre looking for a cozy little place on the river, this is it
This was one of the nicer and more spacious tiny homes I've stayed at, with a properly functioning kitchen, decent shower pressure, and washing/drying machine. Host was very responsive and friendly. House is in a nice private area just outside of Forks, with an awesome Elk Creek Conservation Trail within walking distance. I think the house more comfortably sleeps 4, unless the 5th person is ok with sleeping on the couch. Note that Wifi in Forks was generally slow, so bring other entertainment!
We loved our stay here! The house was clean and well taken care of! You can tell a lot of time and thought has gone into this house! The kitchen was stocked with everything you need for cooking, even all spices! All the cupboards, drawers and light switches were labeled, such a simple thing that saves time! The beds, pillows and towels were very clean and comfy! The loft is perfect for the kids! Even has a tv up there! The back yard is beautiful and private! The hot tub at night was great! We didnât use the fire pit or the grill, but what a great thing to have available. Thereâs also a little path to the creek with a hammock- it was absolutely stunning! The host was friendly and very quick to respond. If I ever go back to Forks, this tiny house would be my first choice! My only regret is not having more time to spend there!
My family and I stayed at Elk Creek in while we explored Forks for 2 days. We were excited to spend an afternoon here so my baby (7months) could take a nap, however we didnât receive the check in information until 2-3 hours after check in time. With little to no service at the house it was hard to get ahold of the property manager. We drove into town and finally got ahold of him and were able to check in no problems once he sent the check in information. Iâm a little bummed because I had a fussy baby and we ran out of daylight but overall it was a great place to stay. Just wish I had more time.
We needed to find a place to stay for one night but didn't want to stay in a motel in Forks so looked at other options. Most of the other options were a bunch of tiny homes that all shared the same street and then there was this one. We wanted to be more secluded if possible, but some people might prefer the other tiny homes I mentioned (this host rents out some of those as well). The home was very clean and very quiet. The host shared all the details we needed, was responsive with a question I had, and everything was a breeze. The hot tub was easy to use and the water chemistry was properly balanced (I'm a certified pool/spa operator). The property has space for multiple vehicles if need be, plenty of room to walk around, and the trail to the creek was wonderful! We walked down there to start off our morning after our stay. I wish we could have stayed here for a few more days! I highly recommend the Elk Creek Inn if you are looking for a more secluded but seemingly safe place to stay in the Forks area!
