The beds were very comfortable and they had lots of pillows which I like! Staff was friendly and it was in a great location for restaurants, shopping, and activities!

there was someone else's nasty Kleenex tucked behind the back of the sofa bed at checkin. We stayed 3 nights and the housekeepers never did see it to remove it. The staff is always unaware of the presence of the guests because they are always on there cell phones or gathered together chatting while there are many guests in the lobby and dining room area.

Internet speed was slow with buffering while doing email. Also on a Friday night at 2:45am very low group out in the parking lot. Had to call the front desk to ask they handle the issue. Seemed to get better in 30 minutes.

The hotel room smelled so bad of dog pee that we left the hotel after one night. The hotel did not seem to care that their hotel was filthy. They offered to spray some air freshener in the room. The room was way beyond what air freshener could do. No one should stay at this place.

There were toe nail clippings under our ottoman. We asked housekeeping to clean immediately. Hair was clogging our bathroom drain. Also there was a major illegal safety concern with the hot tub that my husband addressed with the staff. Luckily they took care of that right away. For the price we paid to stay there was very high for our experience. We have stayed at nicer places for a cheaper rate

For the price point (365 for two nights) we were very unimpressed. Quite dirty. The sink in our bathroom was clogged. The hot tub was not hot. There was no coffee or water at breakfast. We appreciated the flexibility with the late checkout.
