Location was the only good feature. No luggage storage, which for a hotel meters away from cruise ship terminals is crazy (especially when you consider theres tons of unused rooms and the owner? Isnt doing anything else.) We had to leave our rooms at 10:30 but the website says 11? And could only board in the evening so had to carry our luggage around all day. Loud music from adjacent bar was on full blast and went on well past midnight so sleep was not easy. Going in and out of hotel requires ringing someone via a button.we only ever saw staff when we checked in and they were not hospitable and quite rude. Hotel is shoehorned in so it is all stairs.

No staff, owner was not accommondating. No kettle in room to make baby bottle. No toilet paper, could not store luggage at hotel before or after hours. The owner kept remindinf us of the time to leave. Could not eat in the room. No help up the steps with luggage. No breakfast available to eat and neither arouthe area in the morning. Room polluted with noise from the street at night.

The front desk was rude and disrespectful , the whole room is DISGUSTING ! I can’t eat in the room that I paid for ?!?? That’s crazy . Terrible owner…took forever before he opens the door or u must call him to open. Wi-Fi in the rooms is poor( had to go in the hallway to use my phone ). The stairs is small n you hv to go up n down to get to the room( terrible with luggage)by the time I get to the room I’m exhausted . No room service for 3 days( wasn’t even offered bath towels or soap ) the room spelt of somebody feces ,no extract to send out the smell in washroom) no door in the washroom. No front desk service n no electricity for a whole day. No key card entry Good things: - location is great -close to transport and bars n food. -a/c worked

The host insisted on no food in the rooms. This should have been stated in the policies on the website. Imagine being so tired after your arrival and all you want to do is just relax and you can't eat? That was my main concern.

Central Fort de France location

If you want to be in the heart of Fort de France, this is the place to stay. Basic room, more economical than other hotels around. The hotel manager will help you with whatever needs you have. Walking distance from ferry, buses, and everything in center city.

Bayfront is convenient in terms of location to the terminal where we had to leave. Overall the property needs a total overhaul, ACs not working, no elevator to get to the top levels. Would not recommend
