Enjoy a private bathroom, a compact kitchen stocked with essentials, and a relaxed, homey atmosphere. Ideal for short stays or beachside escapes in sunny Hollywood!

RESERVATION POLICIES
Check-In Time and Door Codes:
Door codes are shared at 4 PM. Check-in is allowed between 4 PM and 11 PM only. Late arrivals past 11 PM are considered a violation, as we can only offer support during working hours (8 AM–12 AM).

Early Check-In / Late Check-Out / Bag Drop:
These are subject to availability and must be requested in advance.

Deposit and Registration Requirement:
Door codes will not be released until both the $100 incidentals deposit and guest registration are completed.

Deposit Release Timeline:
Deposits are released 3–7 days after your original check-out date.

Complaints:
Any issues must be reported within 30 minutes of check-in to be valid for review.

Departure Notice:
All departures must be reported clearly and promptly to keep the calendar accurate and allow issue resolution.
If leaving early, submit an alteration request to recover unspent nights and free up availability.

Reservation Changes:
Any changes must be made before 10 AM each day (based on system settings). Changes after 10 AM cannot be processed.

Early Departures:
Must be submitted via alteration request for easy approval and potential refund of unused nights.

Refunds:
We do not offer courtesy refunds under any circumstance.

Full Refund Requests:
A full refund request may result in immediate check-out. You must submit an alteration for early departure so we can consider refunding unspent nights and, if applicable, partially refund spent nights as a courtesy.

Amenities Requests:
For any special requests (e.g., grill, extra supplies), notify us at least 24 hours in advance (between 4 PM–12 AM) so we can coordinate properly.

Extra Cleanings:
Must be scheduled 24 hours in advance and requested before 10 AM on the desired day.

INCIDENTALS DEPOSIT POLICY
A $100 hold is placed after booking as a preventive fee for damages, managed via a third-party provider.

If damages exceed the deposit amount, resolution will go through Airbnb’s Resolution Center, potentially involving your card or AirCover.

REGISTRATION POLICY
Registration is mandatory and requires submission of valid IDs for all guests, and a scan of the credit card used.

Both the deposit and registration must be completed accurately and promptly. Failure to do so will result in cancellation without refund.

House Rules and Penalties
Check-in: After 4:00 PM

Check-out: By 10:00 AM
Late check-out without prior approval will result in a charge equal to one night's rate, deducted from your security deposit.

Strictly Prohibited:
Parties or events

Smoking anywhere on the property
$300 penalty + immediate dismissal without refund

Noise disturbances / police callouts
$250 penalty + immediate dismissal without refund

Trash left outside the unit
$100 penalty
Once indoor bins are full, use the large trash cans located at the building entrance.

Toilets
Please do not flush trash, paper towels, or anything other than toilet paper. Use the provided trash can to avoid clogs.

Property damage
Any damage to the interior or shared areas will result in a pro-rated charge to your account.

Before You Leave:

✅ Turn off A/C, gas/stove, and water
✅ Lock the door

Penalties will be automatically deducted from your security deposit and/or booking account.
