The whole hotel was run down, the AC smelled terrible, the paint was peeling and the drapes had holes in them. There were roaches in the bathtub. I left the hotel after a short time and did not stay.

The bathtub drain was clogged. Took them two days to clear. Bathroom renovations looked cheap. Tiles had no grout around some areas in the shower. The paint job also looked rushed and cheap. But I like the hotel and often stay there. Whoever is over seeing the renovations need to do a better job. The staff are usually pleasant. Other than that my stay was fine.

We typically stay at this location when visiting family. This was the first unpleasant experience, however, we did not mention it to the staff. The staff was very friendly as usual. The room, suite 302, was not it though. Moldy shower curtains, the two regular beds make so much noise with the slightest movement it was almost impossible to sleep comfortably. The water pressure in the shower was not strong and hot water was lacking. One of the restrooms did have a musky odor.
