While we enjoyed our time together and made memories to last a lifetime, the house was not what we had expected. Elle/Kathy (property managers) were very responsive to our needs. However, being an 'ultra luxury' rental, we were not impressed with the various issues we experienced during our stay.
-- As a family who loves to cook together, the kitchen lacked cooking utensils and supplies (can opener, wine opener, scissors)
-- The microwave and ice maker did not work (required tech to look at it and microwave still wasn't fixed).
--The listing indicates there were 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds but there was only one
--The listing also indicated there was a private elevator but we were not allowed to use it (which would have been nice for moving luggage).
--The pool/hot tub were very nice but it would have been nice to operate the hot tub blower on our own instead of contacting the property manager whenever we used it. Pool guy was very responsive and pleasant when he came to meet our needs.
--The 'smart' lighting in master closet did not work so a service tech needed to be called.
--The air conditioner in the guest house did not operate as it should so a tech needed to be called to service it.
--Several lamps in the bedrooms were missing light bulbs so we had to purchase them.
For a luxury rental, we would have not expected so many issues during our stay. These should have been serviced prior to our visit.
