The room was dirty, the table that was behind the bed had all types of dirty markings that were extremely visible. The walls were even dirty with also visible marks! I called three times for a laundry bag and I had to end up going to the maid and asking her for one. I got to the hotel early for an early check in. With that being said, I was told that it would be $25 for an early check in and I honestly had no problem with that. But the fact that they had me waiting for an hour for my room because they gave it to someone else is ridiculous. The man at the front desk was kind enough to void the early check in until my check out date…the woman in the front desk was super rude and did not care to acknowledge my situation nor ask the man who voided the early check in and decided to still charge me. Lastly, I put in a request for a type of room and they told me that they will gladly accommodate me. Do you think they did? No. The lady read to me the notes on what I asked for and I told her that I didn’t get any of what I asked for. I will definitely not be coming back and neither will my family and friends. It’s sad that the hotel is such in a beautiful area with all these issues.

Great location.Near places to go but not noisy. It's very difficult to get towels, tp or any any extra toiletries. They tell you at check-in that daily cleanings are "by request" but they don't respond to the multiple requests.Also, parking is $39 a night.You can park overnight literally anywhere for half that in Fort Lauderdale

The hotel in general was mediocre. The stay was very underwhelming. Some staff were great and others were very rude. Our room was clean for the most part, we asked for towels which never came, and they charge for every little thing. Over promised and under delivered.

It was a good hotel. It was quiet during the night. The only things that I was not happy about the hotel was the free breakfast meal for two people. We were four of us, two eat a free breakfast and the other two has to pay for their breakfast. Also, I was not happy that the hotel does not have a session in the beach with their own beach chair and umbrella. We had to pay $100 for rental beach chairs from another company in the beach. Overall, the hotel was clean and the parking lot they offer was one of the main reason I chose this hotel.

Pictures DO NOT MATCH what you get upon arrival. The staff was rude and standoffish. They do not change sheets. Stripped my own bed left a pile in the Corner and the same sheets was placed back on the bed. Found a ROACH in my room!! Hotel staff took over an hour after initial complaint for hotel staff to come up to the room. Overall trashy high priced room.
