We reserved the 3 bedroom suite for my granddaughter's 16th birthday. Right on the beach minutes from shopping, eating, entertainment. This was a wonderful stay. Lots of fees (valet, resort) but for what we experienced it was worth it. Looking forward to my fall visit.

My husband and I both travel A LOT (for both work and fun), so we’ve had our fair share of nice hotel rooms. But this place has easily become one of our all-time favorite. Hands down. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. We were given a massive free upgrade thanks to our Expedia Platinum status, and the room was unbelievably spacious—honestly one of the largest and most comfortable hotel rooms we’ve ever stayed in. It felt more like a chic condo than a hotel room. The rooftop pool and lounge area was truly unbelievable. It’s the best I’ve ever seen—beautifully designed, plenty of space to relax, and just an all-around perfect vibe for unwinding. The perks offered here were why we booked to begin with. Free beach chairs and towels made beach days so easy, and they even provided sand toys, which was a thoughtful touch for our kiddos. My husband and son had a blast riding around on the complimentary bikes, which made exploring the area a breeze. And as if that wasn’t enough, they offered little surprises like free cotton candy and movie nights on select days—such a fun and unexpected bonus. Honestly, I kept double-checking our booking confirmation thinking there had to be a catch for the price we paid. But nope—just an amazing value, with no corners cut. I truly wish we lived closer so we could return more often. One of our favorite places we’ve ever stayed. Highly, highly recommend.

Good location and clean Hotel

This property is located just off the beach but was easily accessed, less than a block away. The location was great for what I needed it for. The rooms were large and had a full kitchen which was a nice surprise. The bed was comfortable and I didn't hear any street noise even though I was on the second floor. Hotel is pet friendly, but I was also surprised by the high daily resort fee of $40.00.

Of course! Here’s the updated shorter review with your note included: ⸻ Review for Costa Hollywood Beach Resort The room was spacious, and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, though the refrigerator didn’t cool as much as we would have liked. The rooftop pool was a highlight, but overall cleanliness and service need serious improvement. Room service never showed up, and common areas were poorly maintained — we even found dog feces by the elevator and slippery sand and water at the North Tower entrance. Valet should really be included in the price, at least for one car. With better upkeep and service, this resort could be much better.
