Dear Costa Hollywood Beach Resorts Management Team, My name is Dr. Christopher Gunter, and I was a guest at your hotel from August 30 to September 2, 2025. I had booked this trip as a short holiday weekend getaway with the expectation of rest and relaxation, but unfortunately, my experience was far below those expectations. Upon arrival at 7:45 p.m. on August 30th, I was informed that the entire property did not have Wi-Fi. This not only prevented me from being able to access a key to my room but also created a significant inconvenience throughout my stay. The front desk asked to make copies of my credit card and driver’s license; however, my personal information was left exposed on the counter, face up, with other guests’ documents. I immediately requested that my information be placed somewhere secure, as leaving it out was a serious breach of privacy and guest safety. After manually checking in, I then had to wait approximately 30 minutes for a security guard to escort me to my room. Being on the 6th floor, my cell phone service was already limited, and without Wi-Fi, I was unable to stay connected or complete any work. For the first two days of my stay, I had no room key and could not access my room, the pool, or the gym without waiting for security each time. Additionally, despite my request to have my room serviced, it was never refreshed or cleaned for the entire duration of my visit. This is my third time in 2 years staying at Costa. Service is always fantastic and friendly. The location is perfect with the beach and boardwalk just outside the hotel, and restaurants, bars, activities right there as well. The rooms have always been very clean and I like ordering Doordash first thing so the kitchen is stocked for the trip. Highly Recommend!

Lovely room

Our room was a corner room with a balcony and a view. The room is large enough to host friends or family that are staying. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom a very nice size with a large walk-in shower.

We had an amazing stay at Costa Hollywood Beach! The resort itself is beautiful, and the rooftop pool was top-notch with stunning views. The hospitality was excellent, and valet service made everything so convenient. Having the boardwalk right there was perfect for quick walks, food, and entertainment. Our 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom suite was spacious and comfortable, and the pricing was very fair for what we got. My wife and kids loved the experience just as much as I did, and we all truly enjoyed our time here. If we come back to the area, we’ll most likely book again without a doubt. Highly recommend Costa Hollywood Beach for families looking for comfort, convenience, and great memories!

View was pretty, easy access to beach, no washer/dryer in room this time and I was counting on that, wifi/key issues for a whole day/night, never come to clean the room at all you're on your own... so if it's a condo have all the amenities like a washer/dryer OR treat like a hotel and service the rooms. No information in rooms about the resort at all - not even any number listed on the in-room phone. Very frustrating.

THE BIGGEST PROBLEM IN THAT RESORT IS THEY HAVE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE AND THERE IS ALWAYS AN ISSUE WITH SOMETHING. NO INTERNET, POOL BROKEN OR LIKE MY LAST STAY COMPLETE SYSTEM DOWN AND WE DIDNT GET ROOMS TILL 5pm and no courtesy discount at all for the wait and inconvenience.
