Very nice experience

Jay at the check in desk was great! When our room was ready he saw us sitting in restaurant, came over, helped me understand how to pay parking and was so sincerely nice. Only criticism and it’s a big one; never stayed at a hotel that didn’t have free coffee! The machine in the room only had one pod and two creamers! Useless! Room was very clean and bed comfortable!

We like: The large pool and jacuzzi. We disliked: No TV channels working in the room, 0nly one elevator working. had to pay $15 PARKING extra hidden charge. Prepaid for breakfast, was not complementary. Had to pick up tickets to eat breakfast. Each ticket value at $19. Everything on the menus was Absurdly overpriced. Hot chocolate $5, eggs $16, the horrible Belgian waffle $14 etc.etc etc.Two hot chocolates, two Belgian waffles and one French toast Total $60. How sad to know this kind of deception is happening with Double Tree by Hilton. I could have taken my family to Denny's and had twice as much food for less and tasted 100% better I am really upset about this will be reporting this to higher management.
