The rooms are big which is nice when there are kids. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was every morning and with many options. The water falls in the center of the building are beautiful. The out door coy pond is beautiful. If there is anything that I would fix is update the restrooms in the rooms.

There was a air conditioning leak in our room. Tried to call the front desk, but the hotel seemed short staffed over the New Year’s Eve weekend. So no one came to fix it. We had to listen to dripping water all night.

Staff is very professional and helpful. The rooms are very dated and the bathroom wasn't very clean. It was gritty along the whole edge of the tub. The elevator situation is terrible, because one often has to wait for 3 or 4 elevators
