Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

AVOID

the house/apartment is located down in the back of another house. you go down a little alley to get to it. outside the door about 5 feet away is the hosts brother staying in a trailer. get inside and it smells funky. the bed is a 3inch foam pad. I peeled the sheet back and the pad is completely stained with who knows what and torn right down the middle. I took pictures, called the host and left within 5 minutes. I've been trying since that night to get some answers about a refund, Because there is No way that place should be offered for rent as is. so far nothing other than 6 hang ups and this email asking for my review
