Check in isn’t at the address I went to. Poor directions on the side of the building left me walking in the dark for 15 minutes. I only found it because Instopped in at HBH. Or very friendly check in staff. Got a room and walked 2 blocks back to get my wife and luggage. Map instructions weren’t clear and couldn’t find it in the dark. I was looking for Greniers, not found. Back 2 blocks to office. Got better instructions and found room. Couldn’t get the key to work. Back to the office 2 blocks away. Found out that I was assigned 209 but should have gone to 209B. Didn’t tell me the first time that there were 2 rooms with same number.Just a total mess. Response from staff about room “ oh yeah, sorry”. Then charged me a dollar a copy that they did nothing for. Never coming back and would tell everyone that it’s a ripoff.

Parking was a mess and the room smelled like smoke, even though it was a non-smoking room. The Wi-Fi only work one out of the three days I was there. It was not a good experience. The best thing about it was that it was close by the beach other than that, I would not recommend.
