All the important things were fine. Bed was comfortable, water pressure good, water hot, A/C worked. Neighborhood was quiet. TV was quite nice as it was both standard cable (which almost no VRBO has anymore) and streaming services. WiFi was robust. Kitchen adequately stocked. Location was perfect for why we were there, but the neighborhood was a titch on the sketchy side. Parking was right in front of the unit, which made it both helpful and safe. There was an occasional procession of ghost ants that liked to come in the bathroom window. But they never seemed to travel beyond the bathroom.
I think VRBO may have changed their previously accommodating check-in process. I have always been granted access one hour early for a scheduled Zoom meeting, but was told there a policy against that, and/or a fee for that. I guess they are serving different customers now.
