This is my to go to hotel when I come to visit Florida. No matter where I’m going to visit. Miami or Orlando, West Palm Beach. I’m staying here. Please read before booking. Not everyone wants valet. But I do and that was worth every penny. And I don’t enjoy house keeping knocking at my door everyday. I do enjoy requesting housekeeping. Overall this hotel meets my standards especially with the 24/7 access to the private beach. If you book here.. ENJOY YOUR STAY! I DID! 5 Stars!!

I liked everything about this place. My room was clean, staff was very helpful and nice. But I liked the most the fact that the beach is so close with complimentary long chairs and umbrellas.

The beach access was awesome. The location was ok, was not walking distance to any restaurants it took us 40 mins to walk to the nearest restaurant. So definitely best to have a car if you stay here unless you want to pay a ton in uber fees. The restaurant at the hotel was closed which was a bummer. You only get room cleaning on request and they ran out of sheets the day I requested it. The rooms were ok. The best part is for the beach access and they have chairs and towels.

The day we checked in, there was a lot of noise outside of the room, the shower did not have a proper door and the whole bathroom would get wet when we showered. The last time we were there, there was a light breakfast, but not this time. The parking price increased $4 daily.

The room was dirty upon checking in with stains all over the sheets, mold and mildew growing in the shower. This would be at the level of a one or two star hotel, beware! Also there's a mandatory valet parking of $30 per night, and no restaurants or any life closer than 2.5 Miles away. Not a good location, front desk staff are not very friendly, especially if you have a problem.

We loved this gem so much we extended our stay. The staff were great, the location was fantastic right on the beach with views of the inland waterway/sunset and the stunning beach and blue ocean. The amenities were perfect for us, (beach chairs and umbrellas set up each day, beautiful pool and common areas to relax beachfront, boogie boards, bikes). The rooms were newly renovated and stunning, especially for the price - spacious and comfortable with everything we needed. Highly recommend.

The 2 rooms we had were beautifully renovated, modern, spacious, comfortable and very well-equipped with fridge, microwave, coffee and tea etc. The beds and bedding excellent, the bathroom gorgeous. The view from the large terrace of our second partial ocean view room was fantastic. The staff were lovely and helpful. The setting right on the beautiful beach is ideal and they had towels chairs and umbrellas ready for us every morning. The pool was lovely too and the terrace where you could relax and have coffee and read in the shade. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back.
