Unconscionable hidden cost: I was not aware until check-in that they charge an additional $53 per day of resort fees. Plus they hold $600 for incidentals on my credit card. Unconscionable because they hide the fees: all these fees were supposed to presented in the section that shows total fees per night during booking.

One night the AC stopped working properly and it was fixed the next morning. Even though I was given the waiver one night parking and early check in I was still charged for the daily resort fee for the night the AC wasn’t working. I would have appreciated if they could have waited off the resort fee for that night when the AC wasn’t working. Also I wished they had self parking option since valet parking was an bit expensive Overall the experience was good, hotel was clean and well maintained, staff was very courteous and prompt, beach was in front of the property and everything was easily walkable and safe.

It was a very bad experience with the hotel and Expedia after I booked the reservation with Expedia I ended up paying another 1200 dollars on top of whatever I paid Expedia every time i ask why i have to pay extra the answer was that you booked through 3rd party, the bathroom wasn’t clean no towels for the 3rd person Spider on bed overall very bad experience,, just be careful with Expedi

This was my first time staying here. It was WONDERFUL !!!! I’d stay again for sure. I got upgraded to a one bedroom suite just for being a member/my original room not being ready upon arrival. The staff was friendly, gracious. The resort is directly across the street from the beach. One-two minutes, you’re on the beach, depending on how fast you walk lol, I saw some reviews about the elevators. There’s only one designated to Nube; rightfully so bc they get a lot of traffic. The other elevators are pretty fast though. The rooftop restaurant nube was awesome ! Drinks were veryyyy good. Room was very clean as well, had a nice sized balcony. Master bedroom/bathroom; half bath near the entrance, living room. Full sized kitchen. I only used the microwave. The room felt like an apartment. I really enjoyed my stay here :)
