Everything was good, only thing was over transfer to the airport was a little bit rough, and driver just dragged my suitecase out of the van because he couldnt manage it and broke it, so had to figure that out. Ended up buying a new suitcase at the airport for $150.

Pool area was not clean. Chairs need updating. Guests smoking weed in pool area on two separate occasions. The beds were comfy and room was clean. Air worked well. Bathroom shower was okay. Front desk employee was very kind.

Staff has been very courteous and we were even able to do an early check in. Spent the day relaxing by their tropical pool and hot tub. Breakfast was delicious and Ilene a great waitress. Tamika was awesome at the front desk. We stayed with friends. My only complaint was the shower in our room trickled and hardly had any pressure and the toilet required us to hold the handle down the whole time it was flushing. We were in 429. Our friends were in 311 and had no issues with shower or toilet.
