The shuttle services were very efficient from airport and to cruise port. Walkable distance stores nearby. But far from Los Olas, and downtown, and Ft Lauderdale beaches, it cost us a lot in Uber's as we were there 2 days. Nice, clean hotel with big rooms, hearty breakfasts!

I was emailed room was ready got there and it wasn’t. When asked why stated the only room was a queen bed when it was a friend and I who ordered double beds. Also took too long to release my incidental hold. Staff wasn’t very friendly. Room was fine though and alot of shopping and restaurants close by

The staff was surly, not helpful at all, the housekeeping was neglectful. There were no amenities, no shower, cap, no lotion, no water, no cups in the bathroom. Very disappointing I won’t stay at a Hyatt again. The breakfast was a joke. The fruit was frozen. The bread was stale, the eggs were dry. The breakfast room was way too small for the amount of people that were staying at the hotel. There was no place to sit. The coffee was good and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioning was way too loud.

We were able to check in extremely early at 11 am when online said 3 pm which was really helpful. Front staff were nice and friendly. Shopping and dining were all extremely close by for fun things to do all walkable distance. Overall 10/10

Nice large, well equipped room. Good location for cruising or flying. Biggest problem was dog friendly not on hotels.com. Every room has open access for dogs. We have dog allergies. The sofa and bed both smelled of dog. We requested dog less room, but they said there were none. Should have warning
