Property is not well kept. Bathroom Has mold and water pressure is horrible. The sofa smells the tv doesn’t work. Requested someone to come to the room to take a look and no one showed up. Pizza delivery guy was allowed to come directly to my room. Guest in the hotel were yelling at me and my friend in the hallway. I do not recommend this place.

Worst check in ever.

Worst stay I've ever had. From the second we checked in until we left. Upon check in, we were told that hotels.com cancelled our reservation. This was not true. I never received any notice. The check in staff got an attitude. There were no towels at the pool. Our heat turned on in the middle of the night. The bathroom had no fan. The elevators were junky.

Great property however I was really disappointed with the lack of clear information about the cruise port shuttle. I called in advance to inquire about the shuttle that is advertised to the cruise port and the staff told me I had to reserve it at the front desk kiosk upon arrival. I thought ok, not convenient but also not a big deal, I am a planner and I would have preferred to have a confirmation of the shuttle reservation in advance but I just went with what the hotel staff informed me. I was shocked when I arrived at the hotel kiosk that the shuttle was operated by a third party and the cost for 2 people was $150!!! I was not going to pay this outrageous price so I opted to reserve an Uber XL FOR $20!!! I think this hotel is falsely advertising their location is friendly to the cruise port and therefore I would not give them a higher rating.

The rooms are right off the highway. You literally cannot sleep at night because the traffic is so bad absolutely would not recommend this hotel for that reason alone. Everything else was great.

Everyone was great, especially; {Donovan} at the front, he is a great guy, very professional, courteous and accommodating. This is not the first time we stay here, every time it happens that he will be at the front desk and he always remembered our family and was of great help. The whole staff is great. We recommend this place.
