The ppl servicing us were excellent (very polite, and quick service), however the rooms and availabilities is the reason for a low rating. Their was no complimentary water in the rooms, which is something I am used to getting when staying at hotels, the duvet had holes so feathers were coming out, the towel had some holes in it as well. Im not sure what renovations they will be doing, however the bathroom was an issue. You had to squeeze your way out as the door is to close to the toilet bowl. The sink being on the outsode of the bathroom was odd especially as the floor had carpet, so your wetting the carpet. And the flow of that sink wasnt good at all. Otherwise, the size of the room was excellent, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, so that was a bonus. And again, the guys at the front offered great service. Txs.
