The hotel is located in a really good areas of csuse is centered abd has a lot of optiobs around including the Chase Stadium. However the hotel entrance was filty, the room was ckean but smelly, the fridge in the room didn't work and the bathroom door was not closing correctly. We requested new towells and never got them. Asked for someone to change the dmall fridge butbthey never did. Hotel is oje but they lack of service and cleaning is obvious.

Below average

If you are on a budget and you don't plan to spend much time in the hotel, this place is fine. However, it is combined with an extended stay which seems to have contributed to the "run down" rooms, exterior, hallways, etc. We stayed on a Sunday to go to the Inter Miami game. It seemed like there were several people that stayed at the hotel to party over the weekend. The location is good but, really, I would not recommend walking around at night. There were a lot of questionable people hanging round at the fast food restaurants and the gas stations that were within walking distance.

I was placed in room 124 close to the laundry room and back exit. There was a knocking sound throughout the night that sounded like it was coming from an a/c room. In the morning after breakfast i tried to make up my sleep but the housekeepers gathered in that area with loud noise and group conversation. Overall property was clean and comfortable but i was deprived the rest i went there for.
