Arrived reception said overbooked and they would be turning people away if they hadn’t prepaid (I had) Seems to have long term residents. Safety is a massive issue couldn’t stay here and had to leave. Asked Expedia to refund but property wouldn’t allow. Stay somewhere else

When we went to the room the tv was shattered, the door looked like someone had tried to break in. The entire property was dirty. Garbage bags were left out in the hallway. You could hear several couples fighting in their rooms. It smelt like Marijuana in the loby when we arrived. When we got back from dinner the police were there and the lady running the front was gone. I have no idea what was going on but I did not feel safe at all.

The room was clean but no mini fridge so our groceries went bad lol. They did have laundry service for $4 per load and I thought that was pretty affordable. The staff was very friendly. The parking was free and convenient.

The facility was dirty, smelly. Accommodations are overly stated. Lights in room were broken. This motel Definitely does not worth the money I paid for. In the past I used model 6 often . They were good clean. This one certainly has dropped way behind.

Il n’y avait pas de membres du personnel à notre arrivée à l’accueil et nous étions plus de 50 personnes à attendre , ils ont finalement réussi à donner les chambre vers 16h30 Aucune salle de bain dispo dans le hall d’entrée n’y de chaise pour s’assoire tout le monde étais assis par terre , ensuite arriver à la chambre sa sentais le canabis et la salle de bain était malpropre nous avons due laver la toilette et nous n’avons pas pris de douche car le bain était malpropre avec des cheveux dedans

They gave us the wrong room at first. We reserved a single queen and they gave us a room with 2 full size beds that reeked of cigarettes. After going back to the front desk we gained access to our queen room with no working A/C. There are no elevators so we had to lug our heavy checked back up and down stairwells that’s smelled like straight up urine. There was trash everywhere, hallways and staircases smelled awful, and dimly lit common areas making it seem very dangerous. Our sole overhead light in our room flickered so bad we couldn’t keep it on. I couldn’t imagine if someone with epilepsy had stayed there. Never staying at a Motel 6 again.

I had a reservation. When I arrived at 10pm the clerk said he already gave away all the rooms. He said they do not honor hotels.com reservations. He told me to leave. He then disappeared for twenty minutes. There were drug addicts wandering around the lobby. We had to pay for another uber to find another hotel.

Took taxi to hotel from airport. Told rooms oversold by Expedia. Initially refused a room despite being prepaid 2 months ago.Tried to reach Expedia but unsuccessful. After an hour fortunately a room became available. Poor experience from Expedia with more reservations pending. Hope this doesn't recie in the future.

Easy location to airport and cruise port at a good value compared to most other hotels/motels! Sheets had some rusty spots on them so maybe have maids make sure sheets are spotless! Breakfast at restaurant next door was fabulous!
