I like that when I complained about my first room I was changed to another room immediately but what I didn’t like was that in the first room I stayed someone knocked on my door at 330 in the morning and than when I was moved to a different room the AC did not work. So I would not stay here again and even when I told them to check the AC nothing was fixed it was hot all night which kept me up

If just need a place to rest your head, this place is fine, not glamorous, and older but beds were clean and room too, no problems…grab McDonalds for breakfast across the street

NOWHERE NEAR THE BEACH!

I had a lot of options, but a room with a jacuzzi caught my eye… who wouldn’t want to relax in a nice, bubbly hot bath tub after a long business meeting? Well, my plans were all shattered. This is my first bad review on Hotels.com. They claim theiy are minutes away from the beach. Good luck with that! I also got there an hour and a half before the check-in time and they told me the room was ready. All I wanted to do was put my bags in and go out… BUT They asked me to pay extra to get in an hour and a half early even though they told me the room was ready. I was shocked. The manager approached and I explained to her that the room was ready and it’s only a hour and a half earlier. She insisted that I paid! This was honestly the first time this ever happened to me. So I left everything in the car and went looking for the beach. Like I said good luck with. Ended up driving my car south where the real beach and the restaurants are. The place is out of date, the hot water stopped flowing halfway into filling the bathtub, the bathroom window would not stay open, so I had to put something in between to hold it open. Very disappointed!!!
