The room was not as it appeared in the pictures. The sink was cracked, and the chair was so dirty that I was unable to sit in it; it could only be replaced, not cleaned. The floor was also dirty. The air conditioner was extremely loud, making it difficult for us to sleep. The bedsheets were dirty and had holes in them, as if they had been burned by cigarettes. The pillowcases were ripped. We called the hotel number posted at the reception desk but did not receive any response. We emailed immediately but have yet to hear back. Since we didn't receive any response and couldn't reach the reception desk in the morning, we decided to move to a better hotel. When we returned at 9 AM to check out, the receptionist informed us that we needed to get a refund through Hotels.com, but Hotels.com states that the property needs to approve it. However, the property has not approved the refund, even though it has been a week.

We got there and it was like a brothel. The room was dirty and gross. There was stains and hair in beds. We ended up leaving and not staying. It was not as depicted. Definitely not where I would even recommend to anyone.

Price and proximity to beach and boardwalk are amazing. Short uber ride from the airport. Lots of neaebt restaurants. No phone in room to make local calls for delivery. No safe in room. No maid service on a six night stay. Have to go and find someone for extra toilet paper, clean towels and sheets. Outside furniture not cleaned, bbq No one at lobby after 5pm. No security. Limited lighting at night

Place had bed bugs. It is extremely run down from what it used to be. Reception will tell you your room is unlocked for you and you’ll have no contact. We had to leave immediately and are now fighting with the place for a refund.

We stayed for only one night. The non smoking room had a very strong smoking smell that didn’t allow 3 of us to sleep. We complained to the management. The lady straight away rejected our plea and asked us to contact Expedia for this issue. No idea why would they do that, when it is their responsibility. One room had no pillow covers, another room had torn pillow covers. The door knobs of both bathrooms came off. Bedsheets smelled really bad. Terrible stay for one night.

Not enough parking at the place…so I ended up with a parking ticket on the street parked next to villa. Also, kinda dirty with thin used up towels. Oh ya, and people above us were stomping around and moving furniture (or least, what sounded like it) all hours of the night. So zero sleep!
