We just returned from a wonderful stay! Leo was available and responsive the entire week with questions. We were able to check in early which was a huge bonus! The house was perfect, minutes from the beach which was less busy than any area we have visited before, amazing pool temperature) and tons of natural light and balconies! It was a quiet area with little diners, sub shops and a Publix. We give it 5 stars and would stay again!

Definitely recommend! First off this property has a great location, close walk to the beach one way and Publix/ restaurants the other way. Next up the layout has plenty of space for your whole group. Pool, grill and upstairs balcony too!We were even able to get a late checkout, so no scrambling to pack or throw out trash. Was worth the small fee. The hosts were very responsive and helpful too. Would stay again!

Great house! It was perfect for 6 of us on the bachelor weekend. Location is great, host was great, pool was great. It was just what we needed! Publix grocery store was a five minute walk away— so great!

Very accommodating

We initially got a bit confused with the date, but the owners went out of their way to help and accommodate us. The house was very clean and nearly loaded, as they took extra care to ensure everything we needed was available.Overall, it was a great 5-star experience.

Bachelorette Weekend

The Ocean Oasis was perfect for our bachelorette weekend. Short walk to the beach with cooler, chairs, umbrella & wagon provided. The house was very clean and spacious. I would stay there again as it exceeded our expectations.

Unfortunate Happenings

In the beginning, we were concerned because we would message the owner regarding things like what size were the beds because that’s not listed on his website and we would tell them the dates that we are staying, he would say that the dates were still available although we had paid for our stay in full. That was at first concerning. Once we got there, everything was fine. We met the owner. He was somewhat stalkish. Like we were a bunch of teenagers renting his house although we were six adult women in our 50s.! The route our stay, we realized the coffee maker didn’t work, the dishwasher didn’t work, we found roaches on the main floor, as well as no hand towels for any of the bathrooms and only one towel per person and one kitchen towel! When I messaged him regarding this, it was just blown off so we had to hand wash all the dishes. The hot tub was green and disgusting. The pool was so dirty and he said that someone was coming to clean it and when the guy came and clean it, all he did was sweep the bottom. He didn’t even check the chemicals so we did not want to get in it! We rented a golf cart for three days from him and outrageous cost and apparently the golf cart was scratched somehow and he tried to charge me 1900 without my permission! I have rented places around the world, and this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had!! Also the house next-door is being rebuilt, and there was constant hammering and construction stuff flying all around us! Would not ever

Just fine

Worked just fine for sleeping, as we spent almost all of our time at the baseball diamonds. Didn’t use the pool or hot tub. Property owner accused of making a mess, but we just slept there. I asked all of the dads if they did what we were accused of. All said no. So, I am not sure what happened after we left.

Great place, great service...as advertised!

We were very happy with every aspect of our stay. It was nice, clean, near the beach and had all the amenities we had seen and wanted. The staff went above in beyond in helping us retrieve something we had left at the property which was much appreciated. Very hospitable, great location and very happy. Would use this location and other properties by the same management team in the area again in the future. Very happy.

Deceptive listing

A/C was set to only go to 70, not allowed to go lower
which would’ve been fine if the fan in the living room worked but it didn’t, so it was very warm. Furniture in the living room was not as pictured, instead it was a very hot fabric. Listed as a 5 bedroom but the one room is a sunroom and had no air at all. Couldn’t be slept in so left us short beds.TV’s in the bedrooms didn’t work or had no cable/apps. TV in living room was complex to use. Driveway was on a main road and the neighbor was redoing his driveway so we had difficulty pulling out. Cameras pointed at the hot tub on the back, seemed invasive. Not enough towels and no wash clothes, no dish rags. Check out asks you to clean and launder towels with a $325 cleaning fee. No broom to sweep up floors. Floors were uneven on stepping down onto the balcony, caused two of us to trip. Not a family friendly spot. We had a guy come into the fence one night and we scared him off, seemed sketchy. Overall, not worth the amount paid to stay there. Definitely needs updated.

Fantastic Location and Amenities

The property is beautiful and very clean! The pool was a huge hit with the children and very private. The property manager met us on our first day and assured all of our questions were answered which was wonderful hospitality. If we had any questions, a prompty response was recieved. The beach is only 2 blocks away and very clean. Would definitely rent again and recommend to friends and family! Thank you for a great vacation!

Very beautiful and well stocked home. Close to stores and restaurants and just a few minutes walk to the beach. Beautiful pool and the check-in process was very easy as was the communication with the owner. Thank you for having us!

5 day getaway

The house was great. The pool and hot tub were great additions. Super close to the beach and plenty of restaurants. We reached out to the property manager a few times during the trip for recommendations and other things and he responded quickly. We would definitely recommend this house for future stays.

Exceeded ALL expectations

The property was wonderful in every imaginal category. Starting with hosts, Leo and Sebastian. Both expeditiously responded to our pre-visit questions and requests and during our stay. Sebastian checking was the most thorough we ever experienced during VRBO stays over last 5 yrs. Any questions that arose during our visit Sebastian responded very quickly. The property location was super. 2 blocks from beautiful beach, near shopping and restaurants. This property was well maintained by the hosts. Everything you'd expect was provided. The house was immaculately clean. In short, we'd return to this property on next trip to FT Lauderdale. Chuck and Ann

Nice family getaway!

Great location between las olas and Lauderdale by the sea. Walking distance to nice family beach which is also dog friendly. Rented the golf cart which kids really enjoyed. Leo is an excellent host who's vet nice , flexible and will help with anything you need or any issue. Highly recommend!

Birthday Weekend

We (5 of us) stayed at this beautiful home for two days prior to departing on my birthday cruise. We hung out by the pool during the day and jacuzzi at night. The home is conveniently located to the beach and restaurants. Leo was an awesome host host! He was very welcoming, communicative, and ensured that we had everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

My friends and I stayed at this house for a bachelorette party. House was clean and spacious. Very close to everything. Leo was great with communication and made it very easy to check in early with flight changes. Would recommend.

We love this house -and Leo!

This house was absolutely perfect! Looks exactly as advertised. Stayed here with 8 girls for a bachelorette. Everyone had their own space and slept comfortable. Between the salt water pool, two minute walk to the beach and quick Uber ride to Las Olas Blvd-there was no room for disappointment. Leo was incredible and made booking so easy. He was there to greet us and give us a tour as soon as we arrived and offer input on the best places to go. He was so quick to answer any questions or concerns. I would definitely recommend - and will definitely be booking with Leo again in the future!

Great stay at beach house

House exactly as described. Very short walk to beach as well as very close proximity to multiple restaurants. Both adults and children loved having pool and hot tub at house. We opted to use the golf cart which was a lot of fun! Leo was very responsive to any questions. He was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early which we were so grateful for since we were traveling with babies and pets. Highly recommend!
