I would definitely come back if I’m in the area again. Only thing I would point out is that in the shower the caulk needs replacing at the bottom near the sliding door and that the main entrance door need a hotel sliding lock mechanism on the units that have slightly ajar locks and/or just some doors need to be replaced with new locks/doors. Other than that it was great.

Very clean. Spacious rooms. Feels like an apartment and not a hotel room. ( i had a king suite). Across from the beach. Quiet area . Friendly guests and charming property manager. Never felt safer. Low to no traffic area. Convenient located to everything, including highways. Normally I find a destination first, then a hotel for my trips. For my next visit I can guarantee I will stay here without having a set itinerary first.

What an awesome place! Very clean and comfortable. Check-in & checkout was a breeze. Debbie (manager on site) was pleasant and on top of things. Walking distance to the beach and half mile to the bars & restaurants. The only bad thing was that we didn’t stay long enough. Definitely will be returning to Ocean Villas.

We loved the stay here in Deerfield. We booked 2 King Suites and they were spacious enough and the Kitchen had everything we needed to take care of ourselves during the stay. The rooms were very clean, in this the Hotel really stood out. The beach is walking distance across the street from the hotel. We had one person with us who could not walk very far, and she had no problem walk there. The beach is not overrun by tourists. (We travelled in the middle of September) There were a couple of things they could have been better. The pool had not been cleaned and was dirty which is sad because the rest of the Hotel was squeaky clean. But still we had a great time here sitting on the pool deck and enjoying the sun. Overall this was a good hotel experience and we would come here again.

was shown a different room then what we were given when reserved the room 4 monthe in adv ance ,. no window dark, end of hallway , all but two units were faceing the pool but the one that was given ,.two small chairs and a corner shelf that a child could enjoy no other chair in the unit . all in all the worst room I have ever had for 3 nights , we left after two and went to a motel Red roof and did not even asked for any refund, thats how bad it was, , from 1 to 10 would give it a 0.

This place is wonderful. It's clean, the A/C is ice cold, the staff is outstanding especially the property manager Debbie. Would highly recommend and will definitely return to.
