Tropical getaway

We spent four wonderful days in the house, in the garden, and by the pool. The house is located in a beautiful and very quiet neighborhood, surrounded by tropical vegetation. The house is well-equipped, clean, and beautifully furnished. Communication with Andrea was excellent.

We had a wonderful time at this cozy house during spring break! It’s in a nice neighborhood, perfect for relaxing. The host was friendly and helpful, making us all feel welcome. Highly recommend this house!

Great Stay

We had a great stay at Andrea's place that was very quiet. The house is spacious for 4 adults. The second bedroom was not what we expected. The bed is by no means a queen size bed, but a double which was deceiving. The sheets were very soft and comfortable.Kitchen is well stocked, pots, pans, tableware, also lots of towells and bath supplies.I would have appreciated real wine glasses in the dining room. I do understand plastic glasses and dishes for the pool area and outside.The courtyard is beautiful, we enjoyed the pool and laid in the sun.Unfortunately, the outside furniture, except for the dining area, was damaged: umbrella was broken so as one lounge chair (I fixed it myself with a screw I found). The area with the sofa was only beautiful in the pictures: the cushions were badly damaged, stained and bleached. Not inviting at all! We even didn't sit on them!Overall, great place to rent with a few drawbacks.

Lovely comfortable home with great pool!

We had a great 5-night stay at Andrea’s house. Check in was super easy, the TV has every app anyone could want for the TV, full kitchen with new/clean appliances, comfortable beds and furniture, fast internet, and a very nice/large pool that got sun most of the day. The neighborhood is very quiet which I appreciated and people who live in the area were very friendly; saying hello on our morning walks and engaging in a few fun conversations. We only needed help with one small thing while there and communication with Andrea was really fast/easy and taken care of right away by the property manager. I completely recommend Andrea’s house and hope to come again for a much longer stay if approved! You won’t be disappointed with this home-it really is great!

Anniversary Stay

My husband and I booked this listing mainly for the pool. We both love water and enjoy a house with modern conveniences. We were celebrating our 24th wedding anniversary and were very happy with this house. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and very nice. Would definitely book another stay.

Relaxing and to our FL trip

We visited Florida to visit all 3 National Parks and capped our busy trip with a relaxing stay at Andrea's home. We could not have been more thankful for her peaceful home and her hospitality. We cannot wait to return. The pool alone is huge and gorgeous.

Fantastic vacation

I am writing to share my most positive impressions of vacationing in late Spring 2024. The property is located on a very quiet street close enough to the ocean to feel the refreshing breeze, but far enough from the noise of the crowded beach. This spacious 3-bedroom house with a living room and a formal dining room has been recently upgraded, well equipped, and carefully maintained. All appliances in the kitchen, laundry, etc., are new, clean, and in good operating condition. Windows in every room provide plenty of soft light adjustable with venetian blinds and soft curtains. The air conditioner / dehumidifier and air ionizer ensure that every breath is a pleasure. The house is designed for a family with kids and/or guests: the master bedroom has its own bathroom, and it is not adjacent to the other bedrooms. The backyard pool is regularly cleaned; its slightly heated salty water feels relaxing and refreshing. To accommodate younger children, the pool is shallow at the end near the back door of the house; the outdoor furniture includes small armchairs and a table. A spacious deck with a table for six and several lounge chairs invites you to spend long hours basking in the sun or in the shade of palm trees full of songbirds or just relax on the sofas of the covered patio.

Wonderful host and property!

Rented this property for a small girls getaway/birthday celebration. Andrea was an amazing host from the moment we booked! Always available to answer questions. The pool was a little chilly when we arrived and right away she had someone come out and adjust the heat and by the next day it was perfect! Location was great with easy access to everything, quick Uber rides or small walks to get places! Would definitely stay here again if going back to the area!

Great rental for family vacation!

I booked a few days away for a family vacation and some sun and this place did not disappoint! Plenty of room for four adults and a child and the house was spotless when we arrived. The home was full of essentials we did not have to worry about packing including beach towels, pool towels, beach toys for my daughter and a well stocked kitchen to prep and cook meals. Toilet paper, cleaning supplies, and laundry detergent were also provided! House was located in a nice and quiet neighborhood that was a short drive away from every where we traveled. The grocery store was less than a mile away, beach a ten minute drive with traffic and minutes away from so many great restaurants. Most importantly, check in and out was very easy and the host responded within minutes to any questions we had. Highly recommend for small groups and families!

Wonderful!!!

Had a wonderful stay at this property! Centrally located for east access to beach, restaurants, shops
 Plenty of room for our family to be together, yet have our own space. Lots of fun in the pool - plenty of floats, towels, and seating. Propane grill was convenient but just needs a little tweaking to be sure all jets are working. A great time was had by all!

Fab house, location, and host!

This is such a great house — roomy, quiet, sunlit yet easily made dark for good sleeping (comfy, soft mattress in primary/king bedroom). Lots of great toys for the littles and adults. Well stocked and comfortable. In a great area near all the stores, activities, and amenities you’d need. Best of all: Andrea is a phenomenal host — literally the best we’ve ever had. Responsive, helpful, and truly cares about making your stay great!

Great Family Getaway

My family and I stayed here for spring break. Great location. The home was very clean when we arrived and everything worked great. One of my kids has an aversion to cold water, and the timer and temperature of the pool heater was perfect. The home and pool had all of the amenities we were hoping for. My husband & I finally got to book this house after couple of friends highly recommended it after staying! It did not disappoint!! The kitchen was so fully stocked, we had everything we needed to cook over our weekend. The pool was incredibly large, that yard was heavenly! Better than the pictures
 We never left entire weekend, we enjoyed every minute of it
 Andrea was a terrific host, & she was so accommodating (letting us checkout later, due to our late flight), we were so appreciative! We cannot wait to return, we will book this house in a heartbeat! We loved it!!!

Underwhelmed

Upon arrival we encountered issues with plumbing in both bathrooms. We called Adelson the property manager who in turn called a plumber to repair the stopper in master bath and a clog in toilet in second bath. The same day of the repair it stopped up again. We called Andrea (propery owner) who was very unaccommodating and verbally offensive. She was not interested in listening or discussing our concerns. We did nothing out of the ordinary to cause this problem. And, therefore we don’t feel it is our responsibilty to pay for plumbing repairs. When renting a property you would expect everything to be in good working condition.

Gorgeous pool and home!

My family and I stayed here in March. We enjoyed the pool area and having it heated was awesome since we had a couple of cooler days. Communication with the property manger was great! We had an issue with getting in but it was fixed quickly. The grill was not working but we mostly ate out. Wonderful home!

Amazing!

We loved our stay so much. House is really well equipped and very clean. Pool was awesome and the water was warm. Towels, pool toys, sunscreen and other things were already there. Made life so much easier, especially since we were flying out from Chicago. 10/10 and I will def be booking again for later this year.
