Family Vacation

Perfect Holiday

This home is immaculate. We were five minutes to Lauderdale by the Sea beach and restaurants. The host was responsive and everything we needed was there including a high chair and playpen.

Couldn’t have asked for better

The property was nothing short of perfect. Had everything we needed from baby pacl and play, to a loaded kitchen, and all the beach accessories. Fort Lauderdale by the sea l was an easy 8 minute drive away. Host was very accommodating by allowing us to check in a few hours early since the house was ready. He was notified of an issue with the pool and he replied within minutes and had a pool service on site within a few hours, cant ask for better. Comfortable beds and a clean house. We stayed for 6 nights and had a blast just being at the house with our family floating in the pool and grilling. Even had a gas fire pit outside to hang at night. No complaints about this property and would definitely book again.

Came with my family for a little much needed rest and relaxation. The house was fantastic, everything that was advertised and more. We loved the set up and were able to utilize all of the amenities. The location was ideal for beach time, dining, and shopping. Super quiet neighborhood. We all highly recommend this management group and especially this house.

My 40th birthday

Everything about the property was wonderful. I love we had access to everything and no limit. The grill was super easy to use once we read and understood the direction. Property close to night light , malls , restaurants and we did not drive entire trip. The Uber fares were so reasonable for my group. Property well organized and I loved how all rooms had the light/fan remote. I wish there were more towels but since we had a wash machine laundry soap which properly provided it made up for that. The refrig was super clean as well as all bathrooms. Let’s get into the master bedroom just amazing by far , the view of the pool and lake amazing. Pool clean and love the water fall, the large bathroom with his/her toilets and sink. If I can rate this property 20 stars I would. I hosted a dinner at the property for my group and table space perfect. Lastly just thanks so much for opening your doors to my friend and I.

Great property, great location, great vacation

My husband and I (mid 30's) spent 12 wonderful days together with our parents (65+) in this great property. The house and the outdoors are in pristine condition, even better than shown in the pictures. Everything was spottlessly clean, taken care of and very well maintained. The facility and furniture is of high quality, the bathrooms and kitchen have been stocked with everything that you could possibly wish for. We really enjoyed the location direcly on the water and close to beaches, restaurants and grocery stores. I have been very impressed with the property manager, Jeff and his whole team have been great to work with, all communication was fast and on point. Thank you all for providing such a nice experience. We definitely recommend this property!

Amazing Property

Hands down, this is the best among the many rentals we’ve had in Florida. Everything is exactly as pictured and described in listing. The outdoor space can’t be beat for a large group in terms of seating, dining and ambiance. The large and open layout inside of the house is spotless. Jeffrey and his staff are easy to communicate with and very responsive to any questions that may come up. The area is upscale and all properties - as well as this one- are well maintained. We had a wonderful stay and have already booked a longer stay next year. 5 stars and then some!!

Comfortable home with everything needed for a relaxing vacation. Management company quick to respond to maintenance issues. The Backyard pool, covered patio/ grill area with intercostal view were perfect. Convenient to amenities. Would definitely return.

My Birthday getaway

The neighborhood and property is absolutely beautiful, definitely just like the pictures advertised just had a few minor things like the fireplace I wanted to use outside that was non working and the pool was a bit colder than I expected for it to be heated . But I reached out to the property manager and the issue was addressed in a timely manner ..so I definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a great staycation in florida!!!

Amazing!

Took a boat trip down from Jensen Beach FL, to this home with my wife and friends. The location is great. Lots of close restaurants that are accessible by boat. It is right off the main waterway which makes it very convenient. The home is beautiful. Very clean and a great outdoor environment. Home was stocked well and communication with the property owner was great. Would definitely recommend this home and look forward to renting again! -Greg

Best rental we’ve ever used before

Highly recommend and we would go back again. They have anything you’d possibly need amenities and supplies wise. It’s gorgeous interior and exterior. Right on a beautiful canal and other homes. Very very safe. So much room to spread out and use such as tables and furniture. Kitchen has great appliances and can allow you to serve big groups. Several full bathrooms. Outdoor loungers and long table for having outside fun with your big group. Cleanliness top tier. We were all in awe. #1 rental I’ve used.

Small family gathering for my aunts 96th birthday both my sisters and I grew up in Fort Lauderdale we all live around the country now so it’s always a bit of a homecoming with thoroughly enjoyed the house I will give you more stars and they give as an option for the level of well appointed Ness if you well you didn’t miss a detail I ran restaurants for years I appreciate a well stocked kitchen beach chairs coolers umbrellas everything was just lovely

Paradise, indeed

Waking to the sound of fountain water flowing into the pool, birds chirping and the occasional yacht passing by, enhanced the experience of spending a weekend in paradise. The house had LITERALLY everything we needed for our trip, from outdoor dinnerware, beach umbrellas and a cooler, to spices (the S&$% spices were an above-and-beyond touch!) and small appliances. While our trip was great, we could have used a head's up on a cracked window with which management was aware (seeing things like that make you anxious!) and that trash service still runs on holidays. We found ourselves scrambling when the truck came down the road and trying to pack bags at the same time!

Awesome Villa

The house was amazing, and this was a great location for our visit. The house has a great pool, outdoor cooking and sitting area, and two large TV’s for watching sports or movies!
