The pool is nice but it does not get cleaned before you arrive. It says it gets cleaned on Thursdays, but we watched and it is literally just them adding chemicals to the pool. I had to spend an entire hour skimming the pool for the kids to swim when we got there. And it wasn't just small leaves. It was a lot of big stuff. Not that big of a deal. You cannot run the oven and the microwave at the same time. Which they do tell you in the house rules upon arrival. That is something that would be nice to know ahead of time. Also, it does have a double oven, but the lower oven does not work. It will only stay at 135 in preheat. That is as high as it goes. Some of the lights do not work, and some of the plug-ins are not connected to studs so they are pretty loose in the wall. You are expected to lock all the windows and doors upon checkout, which I find interesting because when we arrived I had to go around and lock every single window and one of the patio doors. As far as location and value, I would probably stay here again, but there are a few things that should be addressed. Also, you are expected to take the trash out, which is an obvious one with VRBO rentals. However, when trash day comes, all of the neighborhood knows that this house is a VRBO rental, and they will absolutely overload your trash can that is sitting at the end of the driveway as soon as the garbage truck drives away.
