OUTDOOR SPACE:

-The patio has a stainless steel BBQ grill that uses propane and an outdoor dining area
(Full Propane tank is available upon request for a $40 delivery charge)

LIVING AREA:
- Casual dining area in the great room.
-Oversized leather reclining couch with a large TV.
-Sunny and large Florida Room with lots of seating with a pool and yard view.

KITCHEN: Fully stocked chef’s kitchen has all top of the line appliances and features. Coffee machine, tea kettle, toaster, blender, Ice maker, cookware, glassware, dishwasher, refrigerator with filtered water dispenser, freezer, and microwave.

BEDROOMS: (2)
Tropical Cabana sleeps 6 guests in comfortable beds. The 2 bedrooms have Smart TV's.
-2 Twin beds in the Florida room.
- Pac and Play and high chair provided.
- Premium air mattress available for 2 additional guests upon request for a $25 delivery charge.

BATHROOMS: (2)
- All bathrooms are provided with a starter set of toiletries (TP, soap and shampoo) and plush towels. A hairdryer is also available.

GUEST ACCESS:
- This fully fenced property is yours for your private enjoyment.
- The personalized self check-in instructions will be sent three days prior to arrival.

INTERNET: Highspeed and wireless throughout.

CLEANING:
- All of our properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized up to CDC guidelines and inspected before each stay to ensure your safety.
- Dishwasher pods are provided
- Washer and dryer with a starter set of laundry pods provided.

LOGISTICS:
- Check-in: 4:00 PM.
- Check-out: 11:00 AM.
- An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about availability and pricing.

TV's: All three (3) of our TV's are Smart with access to log into your favorite streaming channels.

MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE:
- Weekly Landscaping service usually on Wednesdays or Thursdays in the morning.
- Weekly Pool cleaning service usually on Mondays and Thursdays in the morning.

POOL: This house boasts a 312 sq ft heated pool for a $15 per day service charge. Please note there is no lifeguard on duty and we ask that all guests enjoy the pool responsibly. The property owner is not liable for any pool-related accidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries. No diving is permitted. No glass is permitted in or near the pool, the kitchen is supplied with plastic cups.

PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties, receptions or events. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10PM. This is our most important rule that can result in the termination of your reservation along with additional fees. If you have any questions regarding entertaining on the property please contact us.

PARKING: The driveway is located in front of the property and accommodates two (2) cars. Please refrain from parking on the street or on the lawn.

PETS: Pets under 30 lbs. are permitted upon request, please note, there is a $120 pet sanitation fee per pet for the duration of your stay.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS: ValGal isn’t responsible for any package delivery or personal belongings left at the property after check out.

This home needs a bathroom upgrade and the area around the pool needs cleaned.

There’s 2 bathrooms, one is a little better than the other. The bathtub had corroded faucets with either rusty stains or just dirty. The toilet in this bathroom is not completely bolted to the floor. When you sit on the toilet it rocks. The kitchen had ants on the counter by the faucets. The beds were fine. TV in the master bedroom kept going offline. The couch in the living room needed a thorough cleaning. I realize it’s a rental, but for the price my husband and I paid for 6 nights I expected better. My adult son and his wife live by TY park. We travel to visit them a lot, but rest assured I will never stay at 1614 Washington Street Hollywood, FL 33020

I didn’t fell safe in this home, had to rent a hotel and just come visit for the pool. There’s a car in the garage which management said it’s the owners where they can open garage at any time and door from garage to home can’t be locked, all doors open out, entrance door doesn’t have extra locks.Main concern is door from garage that can’t be lock from the inside and owner parked them vehicle.

Overall, the property was very nice and very clean. We had a bit of a problem getting in. We were really unsure how to do the door and called property concierge and he never responded until the next day. That was the only real issue we had but we finally figured it out and got in so we were good.

Great getaway

This house was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils and supplies which we used a couple times during our stay. Both bedrooms were clean and comfortable. We loved the outdoor area, and spent lots of time in the pool. We would absolutely come back to this vacation home.

Wonderful time at this property

My wife and I booked this property and two friends joined us, we had a great time. Kitchen is amazing, pool is just right, and we had an iguana friend drop by frequently. There are 1 million positives, property was just as described and in a very safe neighborhood, my wife felt comfortable walking in each morning. Only negative, I would suggest more toiletry items provided as we had four rolls of toilet paper for 4 adults for a six night stay. We hope to be back!

Quiet place to rejuvenate

Perfect place to unwind at the end of each day as you battle the traffic, weather, and highway construction... Pool was very private and provided much needed R&R. Close to all shops and services and within 4.5 miles from the airport. Great deal for the price...

Pool was great. Kitchen was nice. Place could use some updates but was nice and worked for us. House was for the most part clean but anything high was not cleaned. We also had a huge cockroach in the kitchen which we killed. We also ordered full propane tank but they had 2 tanks but one was empty and the other was 1/4-1/2 full so nothing was totally full and we paid $40 for full tank. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The place and location is average at best.

Perfectly wonderful!

Stayed here with my sons and it was perfect for what we needed. Yes, some of the house is a bit outdated, but I personally loved the retro tile in the bathrooms. Kitchen is updated and well stocked with appliances, pots and pans and utensils. The pool is delightful and seeing what we came to call "The One O'Clock Iguanas" was an extra treat for my herp loving sons. Close to everything, but in a lovely quiet neighborhood. Would definitely recommend this house for anyone wanting to stay in the area.

Clean and well equipped

The house has everything you need and was very clean. The only negative was the pool - it was dirty and the pool company, which was scheduled, never showed. The property manager was pretty good about communicating, although they gave us incorrect info about the coffee maker and incomplete instructions on getting into the house. When I called to say we couldn’t open the door, the woman I spoke to was sarcastic and unhelpful. She put someone else on the phone who gave us the proper instruction. The location was good for us and the neighborhood was nice and quiet.

Fun Place to Sun and Swim

The heated pool and backyard hang space was our favorite! We loved to swim outside and enjoyed the privacy and palm trees. The indoor decor was fun. The location was excellent--so close to the boardwalk. We had such a fun family vacation!

Nice stay

The house was completely adequate for our needs. Stayed a couple weeks for a break from MN winter. Bed was comfortable, enough stuff in kitchen to home cook meals, nice neighborhood, walkable & used local Circuit shuttle around town. Pool was great! Some updates all around would have made it nicer but also probably more expensive so we were fine with the experience! Felt it was a good value & would stay again!

Great Location!

The property is in a wonderful neighborhood. Walking distance to a lot shopping and the park. Home is outdated except for the kitchen, has overgrown shrubs obstructing the front walk to get in the door, had to use grass because the brush had razer sharp edges. The front steps are very slick when wet(dew in the mornings or rain) & door swings out, so you have to step down to get in door(a bit hazardous). Pool was nice and warm, but constantly dirty due to all the palm tree droppings. Can use some TLC and new furniture. We would stay again.

Exactly what we needed

We have family that lives in the neighborhood. The was a great way to be near them since we could not all fit in one place. House had everything we needed and it was exactly what we expected based on the description.
