Great location but parking is a little bit expensive. They were doing repairs around the pool area so that wasn’t the best view. Nice gym but definitely needs to be cleaned a lot better! Room was nice and staff was really nice!

I would stay there again. Only minutes to restaurants and beach, basically across the street. Room was mostly quiet and we got the most noise because it was across from the elevator. Kinda rude to put us there, but whatever.

THEY DIDNT CLEAN OR MAKE OUR ROOM FOR TWO DAYS! THE BREAKFAST TASTED LIKE CARDBOARD AND WAS COLD. THE SINK IN THE BATHROOM WAS CLOGGED AND WE ASKED FOR BODY WASH BUT ONLY RECIEVED IT ON THE LAST DAY..... NEVER BEEN IN A HILTON HOTEL LIKE THIS ONE.... ONLY GOOD THING WAS THE LOCATION.

Where do I start? The hotel building itself looks nice, and the morning receptionist was pleasant. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The afternoon receptionist (not the skinny one) was unfriendly. Breakfast – Awful. We tried it on the first day and could barely take more than two bites. Pool area – Consistently dirty. They only “clean” it once a day, and it shows. Check-in experience – We were on a waiting list to get our room early, along with 6–8 other guests. We were #4 on the list, but somehow ours was the last to be ready—20 minutes after the official 3 p.m. check-in time. Housekeeping – Easily the worst part of our stay. The staff was rude and disrespectful. The floors were sticky, the shower had mold in several spots, and there were hairs in both the shower and on the floor. The desk lamp was literally hanging by its electrical cables. This hotel is overpriced for what you get. The cleanliness and service are well below standard. We will never stay there again!!

Loved the 2nd floor pool deck (with hot tub) overlooking the ocean. How beautiful!!! From the game room to the rooftop bar to the free breakfast and the quick walk to the pier and many restaurants, shops, and beachside, there was something for everyone in my family to enjoy!!! Also, ALL of the staff was great!!
