Girls Weekend Away

We had a great weekend, greeted by very friendly and helpful staff. The communication with the owner was great, letting use chairs an an umbrella with getting into town early. Having the the boardwalk and beach steps away was the best option for us. I honestly will stay here again, we felt very safe and the place was impeccably clean.

Marco was easy to contact The place is very old but updated and very clean Towels and bedding were very clean and well equipped. It is well equipped with appliances including extra coffee and paper towels. Standard coffee maker plus K-Cup Awesome location to the broad walk and beach We used the parking option.

Great location on top of the boardwalk

The property was clean and as described. The best part is the location. You walk out your door and walk for maybe an 100 feet and you are on the boardwalk or the beach. Marco was attentive and followed up to ensure our needs were met. Thank you for a great day. We will return.

Great location

The location can’t be beat! Steps away from the beach/boardwalk. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Parking for an additional $20/night that’s right behind the building. Overall the place is a small one bedroom, just like the pictures show. Two adults stayed and it was perfect, any more people might be a little cramped. We would absolutely stay again- thanks Marco!

Awesome beach location!

The location of this property is amazing if you plan to spend any time on the beach or along the boardwalk. The property manager was easy to communicate with and was very responsive. We were glad that we paid the $20 daily parking fee for our car rental. We made most meals and found the kitchen was adequately stocked. The king bed was super comfortable! We appreciated the 2 beach chairs and 4 beach towels in the unit as these were pricey to rent on the beach. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great location

The location is perfect. Easy to find parking (we used the parking spot that Marco offered us for $20 daily). The king-size bed was comfortable. My kids loved to be next to the beach. The only think down was there no pots to cook, so if you plan to cook bring it if you want to.

Hollywood Boardwalk Getaway

We were looking to be steps from the ocean and walking distance of restaurants. This lusting did not disappoint. We walked a mile on the boardwalk to listen to s live band perform, had lunch listening to live music steps from the unit, and enjoyed our time on the beach and in the water. The unit is clean and comfortable. Communication with Marco was excellent.

Quick Beach Stay

Overall excellent property VERY close to the beach! Property is older, but well maintained. The best part is that it’s one building away from the beach. Also, Marco provides beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella. I wish there was a small ice chest / cooler available, but obviously not required. We will be back!

Great location to beach and broad walk

Excellent location, beach is just a few steps away. Location is pretty quiet but it's a very short walk to excitement. Property was exactly as described and the bed was comfortable. We were very happy with our stay.

Great location !

This was our first time to Hollywood Florida and proximity to the beach was very important to us as we had a 6 year old with us! It’s right off the boardwalk and walking distance to stores and lots of bars and restaurants. The apartment was clean but old, however that seems to be the charm to the area. The master bed was super comfortable. The owner was super easy to get ahold of and very quick to respond, even late at night when we arrived and had some questions. Parking is a little crazy so I highly suggest paying for the private parking spot! Overall a great stay and we would absolutely rent from Marco again on our next visit!
