My family of 4 had a lovely stay at this home. It’s on a quiet street that is in walking distance to Hollywood Beach and Boardwalk and in a great location all around.

Great time here!

The location and neighborhood was great. The property was was very clean. The main bathroom shower was a little tricky as the surround was high and door leaked a bit. Overall a cute property that was very enjoyable!

Solid Stay in Hollywood

Pretty much as advertised and we would go back for certain. Great location very close to beach and in very nice neighborhood. Couple of minor issues with house but owners were immediately on top of things.

Great place

My wife and I do lots of VRBO. Either Florida coast, Beaver Creek in Colorado for ski season or visiting our daughters in Austin or Tucson 
 we think we know a good place right at check in. This is one of them without a doubt. Super well equipped! Cozy
 beach basically a Really short, short drive. I would definitely recommend it and I will stay here again without hesitation!!

we spent wonderful 30 days in this house. very good location to the ocean. walk for about 10 minutes. the house is clean, with all amenities, everything you need for living is there, including a coffee machine. . fast check-in by code. were very satisfied

Great Family Rental

Had a great time at this rental. It was clean, management responded quickly and they didn’t have a laundry list of things we needed to do before we left. If I could give any pointers to the management company- I would tell them that an upgrade in the towels would really elevate the high end feel of this rental. The towels were small and scratchy- but other than that it was perfect! Well stocked in the kitchen, toiletries in the bathroom, grill, pool and patio was ready to go. I would stay again for sure.

Not so great

When we arrived to the property for our stay we were happy with the inside of the home - but unfortunately the backyard was a bit of a mess. The pool gets no sun - it is completely shaded by overgrown trees. There were so many bugs outside biting us that we could hardly sit outside for more than 10 minutes. The hammock pictured in the photos was also broken. We notified Hollywood Vacation Rentals as soon as we realized there was a bug problem and they immediately sent two different companies to come and spray, they sent us citronella candles, and they even sent us a new hammock. This was all so greatly appreciated but unfortunately it didn’t do much and it affected our entire stay as we didn’t get to use the pool or backyard without getting eaten alive by bugs.I will say I frequently come to Hollywood this time of year, and I have never had this experience. My wife & I are in our 70’s so this really impacted us as it’s not easy for us to travel. I have never left a bad review but unfortunately, I do not recommend this place. After our 5 week stay here we notified Hollywood vacation rentals again of our poor experience, and how we feel the rental is not properly represented. We were then met with complete defensiveness from the staff. I wanted to give this company a second chance with a different rental but they said we were “exaggerating” our experience. I hope that they take care of their future guests better than this.

Four days vacation

Thank you very much, the communication with Hollywood Vacation was good although I had a lot of trouble entering the link where my information was verified until I was finally able to do it. We arrived at the house and we didn't have any problems entering, the house was clean but with a lot of humidity smell, it seems because it is closed, in general everything was more or less, in the master bedroom they should put a king size bed and not so hard, the air conditioning doesn't work well in that room either at night the heat is unbearable the other rooms the same unless they turn off the air at dawn, the patio is totally abandoned the pool needs a railing because it doesn't have one and it is very dangerous to enter it if you can't stand it. To vote the garbage was behind the house and since it had rained so much everything was flooded and it was horrible to be able to put the garbage in their tanks. My wife fell at the entrance of the entrance hallway because of the mold that was there because they didn't clean it well with pressure cleaner to remove the black stuff. My wife had to go to the emergency room because she hurt her shoulder and she is still not well. Well, I just suggest that if you are going to rent that place again, you should make it better so that anyone, even if they are older, can feel safe. Thank you very much. Please give me back my deposit. I left everything in perfect condition. Thank you.

Excellent home for our vacation

Everything was great with this home and I would recommend it. The backyard oasis was a great escape for our kiddos. Only minor things to note: master bed was very firm and uncomfortable, could use some beach equipment and pool toys, and was not realistically walking distance to the beach if your carrying gear. Otherwise everything was great and we enjoyed cooking and the quiet neighborhood.

House was as advertised

House was clean, had all the things needed for a long stay. The AC did not keep the home cooler, we purchased 3 fans at the local Walmart to cool the bedrooms. The setup of the bedrooms was perfect for a family. The master had its own bathroom and the two guest rooms shared a jack and jill bathroom. Overall, it was a great home a place to go to relax after a day of sight seeing and beach going.

Awesome place!

Amazing place to stay. Very clean, very private, beautiful area, host very accommodating. Best part is definitely the back yard with the pool!! Would definitely recommend and definitely would come back!!
