Positives: The home had a great layout for our group, and the beds were very comfortable. The backyard and pool were exactly what we were hoping for, and the location was excellent—an easy walk to the beach.Negatives: The front yard lacked curb appeal, and the home had fewer amenities than expected. Kitchen utensils were limited (for example, no plastic spatula for the nonstick pans and no pizza cutter). Toiletries included only shampoo, soap, and body wash—no conditioner. Entertainment options were also minimal, with just a few games available (an adult board game, Jenga, chess, and a puzzle). We ended up purchasing additional games (like a deck of cards) for the quieter evening hours when noise restrictions were in place. We also had minimal towels. We only had four people in our listing, but for the number of days we were there it would have been nice to have a couple of bath towels per person.

Great time here!

The location and neighborhood was great. The property was was very clean. The main bathroom shower was a little tricky as the surround was high and door leaked a bit. Overall a cute property that was very enjoyable!

Great Family Rental

Had a great time at this rental. It was clean, management responded quickly and they didn’t have a laundry list of things we needed to do before we left. If I could give any pointers to the management company- I would tell them that an upgrade in the towels would really elevate the high end feel of this rental. The towels were small and scratchy- but other than that it was perfect! Well stocked in the kitchen, toiletries in the bathroom, grill, pool and patio was ready to go. I would stay again for sure.

we spent wonderful 30 days in this house. very good location to the ocean. walk for about 10 minutes. the house is clean, with all amenities, everything you need for living is there, including a coffee machine. . fast check-in by code. were very satisfied

Great place

My wife and I do lots of VRBO. Either Florida coast, Beaver Creek in Colorado for ski season or visiting our daughters in Austin or Tucson 
 we think we know a good place right at check in. This is one of them without a doubt. Super well equipped! Cozy
 beach basically a Really short, short drive. I would definitely recommend it and I will stay here again without hesitation!!

Solid Stay in Hollywood

Pretty much as advertised and we would go back for certain. Great location very close to beach and in very nice neighborhood. Couple of minor issues with house but owners were immediately on top of things.

Excellent home for our vacation

Everything was great with this home and I would recommend it. The backyard oasis was a great escape for our kiddos. Only minor things to note: master bed was very firm and uncomfortable, could use some beach equipment and pool toys, and was not realistically walking distance to the beach if your carrying gear. Otherwise everything was great and we enjoyed cooking and the quiet neighborhood.

House was as advertised

House was clean, had all the things needed for a long stay. The AC did not keep the home cooler, we purchased 3 fans at the local Walmart to cool the bedrooms. The setup of the bedrooms was perfect for a family. The master had its own bathroom and the two guest rooms shared a jack and jill bathroom. Overall, it was a great home a place to go to relax after a day of sight seeing and beach going.

Awesome place!

Amazing place to stay. Very clean, very private, beautiful area, host very accommodating. Best part is definitely the back yard with the pool!! Would definitely recommend and definitely would come back!!
