The location of the hotel was great. You can easily walk to shopping, dining and entertainment. Breakfast was good as well. A few hot items that tasted good and they were different each day. Our room was nice in that we enjoyed the kitchen and separate bedroom, as well as large bathroom. We were not given enough towels, sheets or pillows however and had to ask for more. The room was also unbearably hot. 26 degrees when we checked in and the AC did not work so the only way to cool it down was to leave the patio door open but there is no screen and lots of outside traffic noise, and even still we couldn’t get it cool enough. The hotel itself was also very hot in the hallways and elevator, the gym was 32-35 degrees, so almost impossible to work out in, and the room The hot tub was in may as well have been a sauna which makes sitting in the hot tub not pleasant and we could only stay for a few minutes before getting way too hot. I was also charged extra for having children over 12. There were 4 of us in a room that sleeps 5 and I was charged extra for 2 of my children because I was told that you could not have more that 2 people over the age of 12. I’m not impressed. If the room sleeps 5 and I’ve paid for a larger room that sleeps 5 I should be able to have 5 people of any age, even 5 adults for no extra charge. For this reason I would not go back.

Large room with suite like amenities. Easy to have an extended stay here. Mattress very nice. Not too firm or plush.Shower head not like those needle like low flow ones. Breakfast bar could have a few more selections but the coffee was hot and good. One concern I do have is the lack of signage within the building, how to get to parkade , main lobby etc.
