The house is amazing in every way - beautiful, modern, a fully stocked kitchen like home, plenty of bath towels, rugs in the bathroom, great decor.As with everything the devil is in the details. Property management company was responsive on email, but not on actually helping. We were told twice an A/C person was coming as we couldn't get the main floor to go below 74/75 each day. Not sure if they came but only on checkout day was it 71.We also asked about a credit as the description was wrong on number of beds and that is a huge part of why you chose a place. Bedroom 2 and 3 only have one queen as opposed to one of them having two queens. Never heard back.Also bring garbage bags to line the bedrooms doors/windows that don't have blinds.

House inside great. Views great. But the dock, pool, and area under house gives so much space to lounge around it makes house feel 3xs larger. Also... Sunpalace rentals great. Thank you

Beautiful Home!
We had such an amazing week long stay at this vacation home! The location is perfect, right on the bay where we got to watch dolphins swim daily, a short drive to multiple restaurants and a Publix grocery store and 5 minute walk to the ocean :) The home was stocked with plenty of toiletries, kitchen tools, towels etc and even had bikes, beach chairs, pool toys, a cooler and a large sized wagon to haul everything to beach. The pool and spa were amazing to have for our 8 year old to swim in every day. We would definitely stay again! :)
