This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with an open bonus sleeping area offers the perfect blend of beachside convenience and waterfront tranquility. With a short 3-minute walk to beach access and only 7 minutes to lively Times Square, you'll have the best of Fort Myers Beach right at your fingertips.
When you arrive, you'll be greeted by the inviting coastal-green exterior and a spacious driveway with room for up to three vehicles. Around back, the private dock sits along a peaceful canal, offering beautiful views of the Margaritaville Resort — a perfect backdrop for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Don't forget to bring your fishing poles—casting a line right off the dock is a treat and one of the best ways to enjoy the waterfront setting.
Step inside and you'll immediately feel at home in the spacious living room, decorated in fresh coastal tones. The living area features a large streaming TV and a queen-sized sleeper sofa, ideal for relaxing after a day in the sun or accommodating extra guests.
The newly renovated kitchen is a standout feature of this home. It's fully equipped with all-new appliances, modern cabinetry, and generous counter space for preparing family meals or beach snacks.
