A quiet relaxing location for that desired getaway, yet just a short walk along the beach is a kiosk for jet-ski rentals, parasailing rides, and even dolphin tours along a 7-mile stretch of white, sugary sand beach.

A short bike ride of easy walk on the beach or sidewalks to access the Trolley service along the boulevard to transport you to Times Square, with all of its restaurants, clubs, and night life.

The property has fantastic ambient evening lighting that leads to the property entrance. The nicely furnished living area has comfy sofa, and 5 TV's with YouTubeTV. Dining area finds a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. Everything is available that you would need to cook daily multi-course dinners, or simply make a pot of coffee in the morning.

The property has a propane grill for cooking out during those gorgeous evening sunsets! Comfortable seating on the patio makes for a relaxing night with your favorite cocktail. The unit has a private washer and dryer and you'll find plenty of parking space accommodating 4 vehicles.

There are four beautifully decorated bedrooms. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed, closet, and plenty of dresser space and an ensuite bathroom! The second and third bedrooms have Double beds, and the fourth bedroom has two Twin beds that can be pushed together to create a King. The living room also has a Queen sleep sofa providing bedding for 10 guests!

There are many restaurants and shops a short drive north across the bridge towards south Fort Myers. The same is true if you drive south towards Bonita Beach. Water activities abound with fishing charters, scuba and snorkel adventures, jet ski rentals, para-sailing, etc. Fort Myers, Bonita Springs and Naples are all modern cities with plenty of shopping, dining and sightseeing to experience. The South West International Airport in Fort Myers is close by for convenience as well.
