Room 129 has some wall damage between the toilet and shower. Also under the toilet tank (l had something fall back there) looked like it was leftover construction debris and dust. When l first went in the room l found a peanut M&M on the floor. It’s busy season. Maids are probably pushed to their limits. My previous & 1st stay there was flawless. I do love the place. Access to beach & proximity to it and everything else is fabulous as well.

The staff we interacted with were very nice and friendly. The room was clean and the pool area was immaculate. And the beach area was pristine and the lounges set up everyday was a big plus. Most importantly when we had a problem with our final billing I spoke to Brenda and she was extremely helpful in getting it corrected immediately. That is great customer service. If there is one thing to add it would be that they might, in the future have rooms that are a little bigger and have furniture for sitting down to watch TV and on that note have TV's that you can have the option to stream. Last but not least is that they should have an elevator for the second floor for people who cannot navigate steps with heavy travel bags.
