The Element Hotel in Fort Smith made our stay truly comfortable. The rooms were clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, and the overall environment felt fresh and welcoming. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, which really made a difference. We especially appreciated the calm ambience, great amenities, and the attention to detail throughout the property. Overall, a wonderful experience and definitely a place we’d love to stay again.

LOVED our stay! We noticed Many things that we liked. Here are a few: Mini sitting areas around the lobby, Lots of power outlets throughout the room, Kitchenette and amenities in the room, Shower control on the opposite wall, Light above the shower, bedroom side tables, Padded headboard, Blackout roller shades & privacy blinds, Light sensors in closet, Two sinks, Variety of lighting options, Coffee/Cocoa flavors station in the lobby, and Awesome holiday decor! Overall observation is that this place is Very Well thought out in the details everywhere. Add to all this the kind staff, and this location is an easy addition to our favorites list! We look forward to a return visit.

Very clean facility. The room was nice, comfortable, clean and pleasant to stay in. We found a nice restaurant around the corner. Breakfast was wonderful. Several options and all fresh. We would definitely stay again.

Very clean and new feeling. Unfortunately when I arrived to check in, no staff were near the front desk, with no means of notifying the staff. Two other people and myself waited more than 10 minutes, not acceptable. At that point, I gave up and went to get supper & check in after.
