The room had roaches, and when I took pictures of it to the front desk, I was told, "They're small. Do you really want a different room?" The new room didn't have bugs, but was outdated. Breakfast was reheated from the day before. The pool was dirty with a weird cloudy film over it, and the hot tub was out of order. If I could give 0 stars I would.

There were bugs hair even toothpaste in the bathroom the hot tub didn’t work on the coldest night… very nice outside but damages that hadn’t been repaired and only 2 towels for 3 guests in a double bed room

One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The room had a strong, unpleasant odor—like urine. There were no basic toiletries such as shampoo or body wash, and the towels smelled terrible. After staying there, my family developed eye allergies.

The room was great right next to breakfast. The best part for me is a bathtub with HOT water and a great breakfast! The magic pancake maker /conveyer belt was my favorite. The hotel is super quiet as well close to anywhere you need to go. My partner did make a slight comment about the local channel tv service being pixelated and grainy and unable to connect to any apps. I told him that didn’t matter as much as breakfast and the bathtub.
