Although the atrium area is quite beautiful because it is light and bright and has lots of trees it is very rundown and tired looking. The entire place needs to get shut down and remodeled as there are multiple areas of concern and disrepair happening currently. The breakfast area was rundown, and the tables were sticky And the chairs ripped up. It was a very sad breakfast offering to say the least. The number one thing I simply can’t get over is the fact that there are no mattresses in the room. It was literally a big piece of foam. I’ve never seen anything like it and all of the hundreds of hotels I’ve stayed in over the years. Literally foam. No mattress cover no protector just a sheet over foam.

The atrium was pretty, bed was comfortable, staff was friendly and breakfast was good. I didn’t feel our room was all that clean and the sink didn’t have a stopper leaving the drain open. The parking lot had 2 cars with flats parked. I will say the price was affordable.

Won’t do it again.

I booked my stay and right afterward within 30 minutes my business plans changed. I tried canceling the booking and the space said that it was too late to cancel booking. I had the booking insurance and hope I can recoup some of my money.

The staff was very courteous and welcoming. The room seemed decently clean, but the bed a cheap foam mattress. The atrium was really cool with the plants and facilities. My biggest issue is with the area around the hotel. It seemed very unsafe.

This property has a very cool, enclosed central area with a beautiful pool, hot tub, and exercise room. All rooms have a front door to the outside and a sliding glass door to the atrium. The room was very spacious with a separate bedroom area. The TV was mounted on the wall entering the room so it could be seen from the sitting area or the bedroom. A little weird but it works.

The atrium and pool were beautiful. The beds could definitely use new mattress and they need a new sign. I think they may be trying to update and if so it will be nice. One other thing. The air conditioning vents/filters need cleaning.
