I was a little disappointed at the cost of an early check-in when it’s just sitting there empty. It’s not the amount of money, just the fact that it takes no extra effort and it’s sitting there empty. Why Charge an extra amount when it didn’t cost you anything.I feel like that is a bit extra. The unit was clean with the exception of the ceiling fans. I was a little afraid to turn them on
 that dust might fly off. Other than these two things, it was very nice.

Great condo & amazing view

The condo had the best view & location was great. Communication with owner/ property manager was very good! Condo was very spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed as far as dishes & appliances. I will say be prepared to buy your basic kitchen necessities like salt, pepper, ziplocks, coffee filters, extra trash bags, paper towels etc. Every condo we’ve ever stayed would have those things left over from previous stayers. This one was completely cleaned out which was fine. We just didn’t expect it. Bring your own hair dryer & fan if you use one when you sleep. Every room had its own tv with cable. WiFi worked great. All kitchen appliances worked great. Refrigerator had an ice maker which we appreciated. There is not a public ice machine which was fine. There was plenty of parking. This condo is located on the end opposite to the elevator so be prepared to take stairs or walk down to the elevator. It was not a problem for us. It came with first come first serve beach chairs and umbrella or you have the option to reserve them but I’m not sure if that cost extra. We just always went down first thing in the morning & claimed ours by putting our beach towels & beach toys in them. No one bothered our stuff. Overall great condo & view for the price!! We will definitely book this one again!!

Emerald Coast Getawat

Took the family on a quick trip to the Emerald Coast. The property was exactly as described. Beach was steps away and chairs/umbrella were set up on beach daily before we got there. We took an extra sunshade that we set up right behind our chairs. Sand was great. Ocean was full of algae
so maybe not great timing for best swimming. Overall, would book again.

Almost Perfect

The condo was great along with check-in. The only thing that would’ve made it a perfect trip is a hot tub onsite. Unfortunately, Emerald West does not have a hot tub or a heated pool but aside from that everything was wonderful. The master king mattress was a little uncomfortable but I’m picky when it comes to mattresses due to having back issues and hardware in lower back. If there was a hot tub, I’d definitely return again. Communication with Legacy Vacations was superb and on point! overall, it’s a great place to stay with a beautiful view!

On the beach! Great view!

The unit was as depicted in the description and pictures. The view of the beach from the larger bedroom was spectacular, via either the window or the balcony door. Simiilarly, the beach view from the "living room" and balcony was also fantastic. The balcony was roomy and comfortable with two reclining lounge chairs plus a eating table with two chairs. There was a TV in every room with all cable channels. It was nice haviing two bathrooms -- HOWEVER, a big drawback for the bathroom off the main bedroom was the lack of a bathroom door! Our managment firm was excellent and responsive. The pool was in the parking lot, not a great view, but the water was clean and warm. The beach service with chairs and umbrella was accomondating. The building itself is showing its age and the exterior of the front door could certainly use a coat of paint. I would not hesitate to use Legacy again -- they are great.

Not as expected

The view was spectacular, the inside not so much. In the master bedroom one window was slightly opened and I couldn’t close it and the others wouldn’t lock. The master shower, I couldn’t get it to work. The toilet tissue and paper towels were very low quality. Where the lock hinge is on the door was broke. Absolutely no air in the elevator. There wasn’t any condiments nor plastic wrap. The internet did not work properly

Needs a facelift

The location was great. The condo itself needs a lot of “facial” repairs, ie. Gouges in the wall, rotten woodwork, needs painting-especially the woodwork. Kitchen was very well supplied with everything you need. Couch had two broken springs and beds felt like we were sleeping in a hole. Despite all that we still enjoyed our stay. We had a few issues but they were quickly handled by management/owners.
