it appeared that the property was under some remodeling maybe? Had been painted no pictures on walls ect. You really need a few rugs if you are not going to have carpet anywhere just info. The balcony needs a good cleaning door very hard to open. Beds were comfortable and water pressure was good. Need a new frig falling apart, all in all I would stay here again

Check in was easy with the access code for the door. Hotel room was fairly clean but definitely needs updated. Some of the lights were burnt out like in the master bathroom shower. A lot of the outlets did not work and if they did they were super loose and the plug would fall out. The washer sounds terrible when running and dryer did not dry towels very well (had to run them like 3 times even with small load) balcony floor was very rusty/dirty and the table was broke. Master bathroom had a faint sewer smell all week. Master bed was not the most comfy either The hotel itself was awesome. The pool was amazing and the location was great. Overall satisfied but a few updates would go a long way. Was just expecting a little nicer the price I paid

Great location with a great view! This is a nice looking, spacious condo, and is better priced than some of the other units nearby. It came with a nice big kitchen to cook in, and plenty of pots/pans. We really can't complain, except the floor was really dirty and some things had minor damage from previous guests.

Location! Location!

The location and view from the balcony is always my favorite! The room smelled a bit musty when we arrived but went away with the fans moving and door opening and closing. Had plenty of dishes for cooking!

Great condo

Perfect location in the building to not have the sun directly on the balcony doors ever but a great view of the sunset and beach. Very limited amount of pots and pans. Only 1 big skillet. I was disappointed in the rental company. First time I have had one want to charge me $75 to get there 30 minutes early. That’s a bit much for something that cost over $3000 for 4 nights.

Host was nice but would not stay again

Condo was dated and dirty. We had to sweep the floor when we got there because of all the dirt. It stunk of cleaning supplies yet didn’t seem clean at all. The bedroom to the right when you walk in was dirty as well. The mattress looked like it had a urine stain on it. Not of fan of all the decor, felt dirty and cluttered. Would not return.

Nothing too fancy. Just right for our family

Nothing fancy. Clean. The WiFi is not the best but not why we came on vacation. Just an fyi for those needing to do work or school. The property if great for families. We loved walking over to the bay side and hanging out at the pool and lazy river there. It was much busier with lots of families. Check in is super simple. Condo was spacious enough. Two bedroom and a separate room with bunk beds. Parking was nice bc you park on the level of your room so your vehicle is always close.

A large beachfront condo

The unit is exactly as pictured. It is spotless, clean, the view from the deck is amazing. Pools were very large and not crowded. The Okaloosa Island Pier and the aquarium are right next-door. It really is the perfect unit. I would not hesitate to recommend it.

Annual Baseball/Vacation Trip

This is our second year staying at Destin West Resort, first year at this unit. We absolutely loved this unit. Very clean and updated. Loved waking up to the view of the ocean and having the availability to all the amities of both gulf and bay side. We will absolutely be staying again next year! This is our home away from home! The property manager, Amanda, was AMAZING to work with.

Spring Break 2023

Nice property, great area away from crowd. Beds not too bad uncomfortable. Plenty of towels, which is unusual for a condo, in my experience. We didn't have to wash any. One complaint is that the WiFi connection was awful! My daughter was on Spring Break but still had an exam & other work to do. Easy check out, not much to do & cleaning fee was less than most places. But the cleaning service did arrive before the 10am check out time, which made us feel rushed. But would stay here again.

Fantastic view of the Gulf and a great location to many restaurants and the Gulfarium.
