Convenient, safe, priced right.

This was a last minute trip to see our kids on their vacation. We didn’t need a resort. We needed to be there. We got a nice room at a reasonable price, in season. A safe place to lay our heads, shower and go play on the beach ... or any of the other fun things to do in Fort Walton Beach ... easy hop over to Destin too. Sean, the manager, is a good guy and the team he's built are kind and courteous. Pretty perfect for what we needed. Thanks Sean!

Excellent value for the price! Right on a marina and plenty of pontoon rental companies in walking distance. Multiple restaurants within walking distance and a walk to downtown shopping is doable. The room itself had a good sized refrigerator and a Keurig coffee machine. The bedding was crisp and clean and the room itself was exceptionally clean. I only gave it a 4 star rating on the condition because the tub handle fell off when I tried to take a shower. I would love to stay here again.

(Did not like) No return for unused night after leaving early because filthy carpet was causing allergy and sinus symptoms for my entire family. Socks were totally filthy after just three minutes walking on carpet.

I’d give 4.5 stars. The Inn is kept clean everyday even when you don’t request housekeeping. New towels provided everyday without the need to call the staff. Only thing is the parking slot is limited. I will give it 5 stars if they can shampoo the carpet. No slippers provided so we have to walk barefoot and the carpet feels sticky. The smaller pillow need not to be in the room if not properly sanitized. My husband didn’t like the smell of the small pillow. (The brown or gray one) Overall, the room is ok unless you wanted to stay all day inside the inn. But if you are just staying and coming back at night, the inn provides a comfortable sleeping time.
