Our bathroom door lock was broken (replaced promptly). The drying machine was and is still broken. We couldn't use the drying machine at all during our one week stay. Management had to re-arrange so we could get our laundries done, but it was quite inconvenient. Great communication with property manager, but this unit needs extra attention.

Great place for families

Just finished our spring break for our family and had a blast. There was more than enough room for our family of 5. The floors were a little dirty (our kids feet got blackish when walking barefoot inside) but nothing too bad. The kids used some boogie boards and toy shovels to play in the sand so that was a nice addition. Would definately boom again!

We Love Summer Place

We try to stay at Summer Place complex is small. This is properly one of the best units we have stayed at in a while. A few issues where the master bed is terrible along with all the pillows in the are flat. Not one blanket in unit. The kitchen leaves a lot to be desired cookware, bowls etc. I probably could have call management and gotten everything taken care of but didn't that is on me This really a great unit. I highly recommend. We will request this unit again,

Beautiful condo and view

Condo was very pretty and clean. There was a few minor issues. The door to the bathroom does not lock, the master bed is firm, and the back balcony needs the light fixture fixed. Those were 2 minor issues compared to how clean and nice it was. It was very welcoming. I love the guest book and collection of shells where guests can write their name and date that they stayed. Spacious and plenty of room for sleeping. Satellite and Netflix. Short walk across the road to cashs for ice or to eat. Even a short walk to the fishing/walking pier to see marine life. Enjoyed time with our family at Summer Place 504.

Everything was perfect. The view was insane!!!

I loved everything about this condo. When we first walked in, it smelled like bleach which let me know it was throughly cleaned. It was spotless. Pictures does it no justice. It actually looked better than the pictutes in person. Whenever we come here, we want to always stay in this unit. The view of the ocean was incredible and I loved how it was a short walk to the beach from our condo and you can see the pool from the balcony. It was perfectly priced and we will be back. Legacy Vacations, you did not disappoint! Thanks for everything.

Cleaning could have been done better

The location was spot on. Steps away from the beach. We loved that we could see the kids from the pool from our balcony. The condo was decorated nicely. But one thing that seems to be an issue and we noticed that other complained about was the cleanliness. They definitely need to hire a new service. The dish’s still had food on them, it didn’t even look liked they swept the floor. The bath tubes won’t drain due to hair clogged that we had to pull out. Also the beds were harder than a rock, would recommend getting new ones or at least padding. Other than the cleaning Aspect the condo was nice. And the contact manager was always there to help, we had issues with the AC and she had someone out there to look at it and fix it within the hr. Hopefully they will upgrade their cleaning staff soon. But our family enjoyed our vaca and will probably be back next year, but to a different unit.

Pull out couch sheets etc was disgusting with mold and stains! Corners and crevices of floors were dirty. Balcony floor was dirty as well. Vacuum cleaner was left with dirt in the container (we did not touch or even use the vacuum.

Great Getaway

Very easy booking. Everything was well organized which made for easy entry into the room upon arrival. Pictures didn’t do it justice. Comfortably slept 6 adults and easily could’ve accommodated a few more. Definitely would recommend. And I would definitely re-rent the same condo!

Overall property was great for my family. Waiting to check in on the day we arrived was a little aggravating. We got to town at 9am and wasn't able to check-in til 5pm.

Great location and we loved the direct access to the beach. My biggest drawback was where the bunk beds are located. Most kids and children will end up in the bunk beds. I do not like the small room and bunk beds with my 7 year old next to front door. It would be better to make that a mud room/sand room to not track sand thru house and put in sofa bed for small kids. Security doors should be locked on first floor to keep unwanted out after midnight. We had three drunk girls pounding on our door at 4 am accusing us of having her friends phone. She was looking for a 504c apt which was not our unit but luckily my daughter was sleeping in that bunk bed room with my 7 year old gdd. What if she had been alone in there and that happened. But overall experience was great. The condo was clean and inviting. The view was spectacular.
