There is no receptionist to help you. Everything is contactless. When you arrive and donât have the room you purchase your out of luck. When arrived could not gain access to my room. Finally found a number you can text and had to call the security guard number for assistance.
Room was so confident and we love to have the balcony and the pool and the bar!!! We just donât have a words so pretty and the access to the sea so much easier
It was amazing! Everything was clean and nicely decorated. All we needed to use to cook and eat was there and nearly organized. The grounds were well kept and it was plenty for my grandkids to enjoy
We stayed in Waterscape room #A330 and paid for early check-in. When we arrived, we found that the code for the door did not work. We called and obtained a new code for the door. Upton entering the room we found the bathroom floor covered in water. There was a leak from the ceiling in the bathroom that dripped directly down onto the toilet seat. There was water damage all over the ceiling along with mold. We called and had maintenance come out and they "addressed" the issue by placing a bucket on the seat of the toilet and said they would not be able to fix until later in the week. It took multiple hours to get to this point, so we basically wasted our early check-in. In the end we were not able to use this bathroom for 3 days. Maintenance found that there was a leak above our unit that had been going on for a while. We also found that the dead bolt would not lock on the door and the microwave did not work correctly. Both were eventually fixed by the maintenance group. The property and maintenance managers were great helps through all of these issues. The biggest problem was the rental group, Southern Vacation Rentals. They refused to reimburse the early check-in fee and would not offer a reasonable discount for the leak/mold issues. They claimed we could have still used that bathroom, even though there was water (from an unknown source) dripping from the ceiling onto anyone using that restroom.
Everything was great about this particular unit except for the kitchen utensils were not up to par. They only had one teaspoon! And the knives needed serious sharpening. Also the dishwasher was not mounted to the cabinets. Other then that, we had a great time!
Property company literally doesnât care about you. Fire alarm would not stop going off and kept getting runaround. Also, donât ever for a second think youâre getting in earlier even if youâre told you will.
Checking in along with communication with property management was awesome. Everyone was just there to have fun. They respected each other, very helpful. Would definitely come again
