They gave someone my room while I was still in it. I was unclothed getting out of the shower when they came in. Iâm sure they werenât happy either. Hotel staff were not helpful at all. Tried to pay for my next week of stay. They said I had to come back at 3pm to check in.. hahaha I work 12 hour shifts. How am I going to leave work to come back and pay. Iâve never had to deal with that in my travels in this country for work or pleasure. Once I voiced that to the staff, they quickly let me pay. So⊠what was all that about me having to come back at 3 pm. Lazy.
The room was relatively clean and the bedding at least seemed fresh, but there was an rather moldy odor to the room. It had a kitchenette which was unexpected.
Breakfast was non-existent here, but to its credit the listing did not say breakfast included. In the morning I found one pot of very tepid coffee and a refrigerator with two yogurt cups.
I was very unpleasantly surprised that I had to pay a deposit upon checking in, as I had previously booked and paid in full on Expedia, but it was refunded by the morning.
The area is rather sketchy, and I would not stay here again.
Room was filthy, floor sticky tacky, sheets on both beds clearly had been slept in and never changed, shower faucet barely hanging on. Parking lot was scary.
I wouldn't stay here, save yourselves some back problems and anything else you cld think of, looks can be decieving and are. Bathtub doesn't drain and now I got something wrong with my toe. Infection. It's nasty. Now I have a hospital bill to pay for
Based on the pictures online, this looked like a lower end hotel at an affordable price. When I got there, it was very sketchy. There were seedy looking guests and I immediately felt unsafe. When I actually went to check in, i found the whole first floor was under construction. I could taste the dust in my mouth. The room where they wanted to put me was right in the middle of the construction. I asked for a different room and was given one upstairs. It was equally as gross, and I could still taste the dust in my mouth. The front desk attendant is behind bullet proof glass. That should tell you all you need to know. The place is not wheelchair accessible. There was no elevator that I could find. It was a very scary experience, and I didn't end up staying. I asked for a refund.
