First room I was given didnât have a working toilet, and I had unpacked before noticing. I tried calling down to the office, even though there were no numbers posted on the phone, and the phone rang for a long time without answer. I tried calling from my personal phone, and again didnât get an answer. On the fourth try, someone answered, but was unable to hear me because my room phone wasnât working. I had to go down to the lobby, speak with the attendant, go back to the room and wait for him to speak with his manager, come back down to get a new key to a different room, and then go back up to pack all of my stuff up and move rooms. The second room they âupgradedâ us to had stains on the couch and half the outlets didnât work, including the one with the couch area lamp.
The attendant at the front did the best he could with the situation, but I felt the hotel was understaffed with only him manning the lobby for a completely sold out night. I will definitely not be staying there again, and I hope this review helps them work out the staffing situation.
