There was no hot water. We showered with cold water. We notified the attendant front desk. He mentioned something was being replaced. I will not stay here again. I am requesting some sort of refund. I cannot believe a hotel cannot offer basic hot water service.

The hotel was clean....the water in our shower ran a pencil stream of water the entire stay, and only got luke warm water if we turned the hot tap on on the sink. Staff tried to help as far as putting in work orders 3 different times but it was never fixed. Breakfast had several options. Pool was miserably cold but there was a hot tub. If you have a large vehicle there is NO parking except in the shuttle parking spot. I have definitely stayed in nicer HIE before.

Guests had to take ice bucket to the front desk and wait for an available employee to get ice from the kitchen! TV guide in the rooms showed channels available but even though Fox News Channel and News Max were listed, they were NOT available.
