Incredibly friendly and accommodating front desk staff.
They need to reconsider who they allow to stay and for how long.
It got rowdy in the hallway a few times and a steady supply of shady characters in the parking lots at night.
However, has a single guy?I would not hesitate to stay there again
When I booked my room with Hotels.com, I reserved and paid for a king room with refrigerator. I was given a room with two queen bed and no refrigerator. The hotel staff showed me a communication from Expedia requesting a room with two queen beds and charged me $2.00 more per night, because I booked through Expedia. My booking was through Hotels.com. I paid Hotels.com $196.51 for my room, with the added $2.00 per room, I paid $202.51 for my room and did not get the room I paid for. If I had reserved my room directly through the hotel it would have cost me $189.70, according to the staff. My issue is not with the hotel staff but with Hotels.com.
At 3 am woman running down hallway banging on doors yelling help so I called front desk. Also for a fairly new building the roaches are disgusting. I called the front desk for more sheets because roaches were behind the tv/desk area and one next to my pillow. There are not enough blankets or sheets even at check in and the ones they give are filthy with cigarette burns too. There are a lot of random people just hanging around parking lot, side door and front door ( it didnât feel safe especially at night)
There was no shower curtain. There was no refrigerator and no free breakfast. When i checked in they only gave me on key card. They failed to tell me that a 'plastic key' has to be in a weird pocket thing inorder for the lights to stay on. So i had to go down to the office and ask about it, and then they said you have to have a key in the slot at all times. There is also only one ice machine in the entire 3 story hotel.
